My poor old computer was behaving badly. Hefin was very quick to respond to my e-mail request for help and he managed to call in the very next working day. Hefin was calm, thorough and put everything to rights for me, he was extremely helpful and professional. A godsend!

An immediate telephone response & outsource fix to my scamming problem. Hefin of PC ResQ is a very helpful, friendly and professional expert.
He regained control from the scammer, resetting the password and secured the account with a 2-Factor Authentification. Added the account to my outlook app on the mobile and i-Pad.

Hefin gave fast efficient service nothing was too difficult all my many problems with my iMac were quickly sorted out and it works now better than ever including the Vuescan for the printer

Very good service. The problem was fixed. and when a gremlin appeared after a few days Hefin came online to fix it at no extra cost. Much appreciated.

As a couple in our later years, with very limited technical knowledge, we were using an aged desktop computer, helped but mainly hindered by a printer on its last legs. We were conscious of the urgent need to replace them, plus we wanted to add a laptop.

We needed some professional help quickly, preferably somebody knowledgeable and helpful, but also pleasant and courteous and definitely patient. We got it all with Hefin.

He made some very helpful suggestions and recommendations, ordered, delivered and installed all the new machinery, transferred all our files, emails, etc, then held our hands patiently as we tried to take on board all the new operations.

This is still ongoing as we confront new situations but, thankfully, Hefin is continuing to support us, whether by visiting in person, remote access, telephone or email. We are very grateful, many thanks, Hefin.

Hefin is a delight! IT competent and responsive and able to sort out those IT issues that are beyond me - and most ordinary users. Has a fair pricing that adds piece of mind.

Very quick response to an IT synching problem which was resolved over the phone

Hefin adopted a no-nonsense approach and got straight down to business, which I was grateful for. The corrections and suggestions were rapid. The time flew by and I wish I'd had the time to write my list of points, but efficiently, I achieved what I wanted to. I was a little startled at how much it cost with the VAT added on, but Hefin's help enabled me to be more organised and waste less time just what I needed.

A completely professional and reliable service was provided by Hefin. He responded to my call for help very promptly, replaced my old faulty hard drive with a much faster unit. The system was completely backed up from my external drive. His actions saved me the expense of needing to buy a new computer.

Hefin Harries is an extremely knowledgable man with the ability to solve problems as they arise it seems to me.
He is reliable and arrived at our house at the appointed time and date. He fixed our iMac with no hitches and also gave me sage advice on how to upgrade our analogue phone to digital (Virgin Media) which was happening that same day.
We’ll done Hefin and many thanks. We’ll definitely be coming back if the red arises.

Second experience of this company. Both of them were great. Small, fiddly errors on our behalf (eg forgetting password on old laptop but vital to get it up and running). Very prompt response to my message, visit time sorted out without any problems. Hanni was charming and sorted the problem quickly and without drama ! Would certainly use him in the future and recommend him as a valuable resource if you are in the throes of your computer kicking off !!
