A completely professional and reliable service was provided by Hefin. He responded to my call for help very promptly, replaced my old faulty hard drive with a much faster unit. The system was completely backed up from my external drive. His actions saved me the expense of needing to buy a new computer.

Hefin Harries is an extremely knowledgable man with the ability to solve problems as they arise it seems to me.
He is reliable and arrived at our house at the appointed time and date. He fixed our iMac with no hitches and also gave me sage advice on how to upgrade our analogue phone to digital (Virgin Media) which was happening that same day.

Second experience of this company. Both of them were great. Small, fiddly errors on our behalf (eg forgetting password on old laptop but vital to get it up and running). Very prompt response to my message, visit time sorted out without any problems. Hanni was charming and sorted the problem quickly and without drama ! Would certainly use him in the future and recommend him as a valuable resource if you are in the throes of your computer kicking off !!

I got in touch with PC ResQ, because my 6-year old Mac was running very slowly and various things had stopped working properly (if at all). Hefin arranged to come and see me and look at the Mac. He quickly diagnosed the problem (an aged hard drive) and transferred all my data to my new Mac mini. The faulty drive meant this was a lengthy process, but it was all completed satisfactorily, and I am now happily restored to full (and unbelievably rapid) activity!

PCResQ responded very quickly to my request with help for a problem on my laptop, offering me an appointment that afternoon. It took Hefin just over 15 minutes to understand and sort the problem out and explain what had gone wrong. He explained that they charge by the 15 minute slot which I thought was reasonable and overall I was very happy with the service.

Our aged IMac was causing frustration and taking a long period of time to respond. Having researched various computer help forums we decided to contact PC ResQ.
Hefin came to our home and went through the various options with us clearly explaining the current problem. All done in plain English that us 'oldies' could understand. We made the decision to replace our machine. Hefin was able to advise us on what to purchase and even ordered it and had it delivered to himself. He then came and very patiently transferred all the data across for us onto the new IMac. He gave clear and concise instructions to us as he did so and invaluable tips for our future use.
Given that we have limited technical knowledge we felt confident in Hefin's knowledge and advice.
