My caravan policy does not expire 11th march 2025
After numerous phone calls and voicemails and texts to renew off their customer services over the past 3 weeks was stressful harrasment

I was pressured into renewing fed up of phone calls so i renewed policy 4th march

yesterday .
I decided to take on instalments
Was told the price was £205.00 including interest and their £10.00 fee .
When i recived copy of credit agreement last night there was another £15 to be added on for the company they use to do credit check which i was never told about which know the policy would cost me £220. The cash price was£174.00 if i paid upfront.
I phone up this morning to query this and was told yes thats correct even though i got email stating total cost was £205.00
And if i cancel i will be charged £35.00 fee out of my £46.00 deposit and policy is not due until 11.3.25 and i need to send email to peacocks to cancel credit aggrement or the credit company will charge me £10 for delaying to sign agreement
Im shocked at this treatment and harrasment i got when policy was due to renew 3 weeks prior to expiry of policy and its a disgrace the cancellation of charge £35.00 charge after 24hrs s if cancel this

Rang the company and the phone was picked up almost immediately by a very professional Megan. Great to hear a human voice and not be passed from pillar to post.

Claire dealt with my query so professionally and promptly. The customer service was second to none - it was a pleasure to correspond with Claire over the phone & via email. Her efforts made my house sale finalise within the timeframe I had hoped.

Absolute scam and disgusting from peacock.
I provided all proofs of trading and information before they gave me a policy, only to cancel it less than a month into the policy taking out a monthly payment ontop of a large deposit. Now are declining a refund of any sort.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid, they take your money then cancel the policy. Keep your money saying they take the commission.

Scam & Fraud!

Scam & Fraud Avoid. Took 5 days, provided them with all the information they wanted, all was good. Took 2 weeeks to send me the documents and on the day they sent me the schedule they cancelled it. They took £1980 and now are only refunding £300 for 2 weeks cover. UTTER SCAM AND FRAUD. A quick money making scam! AVOID!

Terrible customer service quick enough to take your money for years then when you have problem and need help with policy they don't reply to emails or phone calls

Really helpful energetic guy tony Jones , one particular thing I do like is clear precise English which this guy has and ultimately the price was right I would have no problem recommending peacock insurance they have always come good for me

Called the company to renew my landlord insurance policy for a couple of properties, but found the renewals advisor (Lushmir?) to be very rude towards the end of the call when I asked for a copy of the new quote before making payment. Whilst she agreed to send the quote immediately after the call and follow up with a call the next morning at 10am to take the payment. Neither happened - no revised quote and no call. She was also quick to hang up the phone when i was still speaking to her - so not a great experience! It only takes one person with an attitude to lose a company business.

As a broker they can check the market to get you the best possible prices . On our Caravan insurance they were able to find a new for old policy at a great renewal. Would not hesitate to recommend.

It’s totally scammer. First they sell policy and all information declared to them after cooling off period they cancelled and not even listening to me. And charged me huge amount.
Completely disrespectful and scammer company

Evan Clarke the sales advisor was very helpful clearly spoken and very easy to understand the content of the product.

Clearly states on their website they do Trackday insurance for motorcycles - called and they said they do not - brought up the website and they said yeah sorry we don't do it.
