From the first contact I had with Pense it was clear they were expert in giving advice on pensions. Everyone I spoke to or emailed knew the pension system thoroughly.

I would highly recommend Pense to deal with your pension. From the very first contact they were clear,helpful and dedicated to helping and infoming you of what you could achieve with your pot.The financial advisor made everything easy to understand, and my dedicated contact was fantastic and kept me constantly informed of how things were progressing. All in all i highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Pense to anyone seeking financial advice on annuities. It was easy to arrange a video meeting with Kirk Yeomans. Kirk took time to understand my aims and provided extremely helpful advice, explaining all the options clearly. My application was then dealt with by Heidi Williams in the admin team. Heidi was very proactive and kept me updated throughout, providing updates and answering my questions in a very timely manner.

I was extremely impressed with the professional and efficient service I received from Pense when arranging my annuity. The whole process was handled quickly and thoroughly, which was important to me.

Lauren Machin-Burfield was outstanding throughout the process. She took care of all the necessary legwork, liaising with and chasing various organisations, including my existing SIPP provider, to ensure that everything progressed as quickly and smoothly as possible. Her persistence, attention to detail and clear communication gave me great confidence that the matter was in safe hands.

I would also like to mention Ben Raw, who provided the advice and carried out the necessary assessment to determine the suitability of the annuity for my circumstances. His professional approach and expertise were greatly appreciated.

Great experience with this company Pence from start to finish. While everything was being put in place with my Annuity i was kept upto date regularly during the process. It's a 5 star from me. Many thanks specially to Kirk, Brendan and Lauren.

James Allott was patient with me in spite of the time it took me to arrive at a decision regarding the right choice of annuity. When I gave the green light Liv Carey took over, guided me through the fund transfer process and kept me updated. The entire process is somewhat daunting but James and Liv dealt with it efficiently and without pressure.

Wow what can I say. Had nemerous pensions and didn't really know what to do with them, contacted Pense via the portal, filled in my details, was then contacted by them. They then put me in contact with one of there financial advisers who's knowledge was amazing. Sorted everything for me, was so easy from start to finish. They managed to give me a life changing arrangement that suited my needs plus they will be available for help if needed. The whole process was stress free and didn't take as long as I thought. Kirk & Liv kept me informed throughout the whole process, if it is delayed probably the pension companies dragging there heals, not Pense. If you have multiple pensions after working with different companies then this is for you. I'd recommend this company in a heartbeat. Just do it you won't be sorry. Don't keep putting it off like I did.

From start to finish,the process was quick and easy from start to finish.
My advisor James was was very professional,made the initial application simple to complete,which I did over the telephone in around 20-30 minutes.
I was kept informed of any progress made,and it took around 6 weeks to receive my annuity/lump sum.
I would certainly recommend Pense to anyone thinking about taking their pension.
