Good service, provides all the basic and some level of advanced email functionalities needed and is budget friendly option. Nice and quick support team through chat to resolve things. Easy on boarding and domain verification.

So far so good, and good support!
Have been using Pepipost for a customer of mine that has a WordPress site and needed a reliable email server, so we gave PepiPost a try after doing some research. Today we encountered some problems with the mail not being delivered or very slow. And an issue with a user with yahoo address. After couple of chats with two different agents they solved both issues within 3 hours.
Even though we are relatively new users of PepiPost so far I can recommend it to anyone.

Prices are great and customer support is very good. Highly recommended
Before using pepipost, we used gmail SMTP but it always had issues. We decided to use pepipost for month and now all our customer now get their emails on time 100%
I initially got the free plan and it was working wonderfully. After some testing, we were convinced that pepipost was the best SMTP service I can have for our website. On the next bill cycle we got the premium plan and happy we did.
Customer service is also very good
Had a small issue with sending out emails and Dipesh was able to help me figure out how to fix the problem.

i needed some help with my configuring my domain and my account and out of three email service providers that we tested (sendgrid, mailgun) pepipost was the only one that we were able to easily talk to a real person that helped us out. By far the best customer experience we have received. Thanks to the team and keep up the great work.

Our company just changed out email SMTP to Pepipost. Best decision ever, as from the start we have not only the statistics about sending/delivery but also Opens / clicks without any coding from our part.
