When I launched my website…
When I launched my website OilfieldNow.com , the first month ended up getting me 260,000 hit and I knew I needed reliable cloud based email delivery engine to handle my traffic and email load. This lead to me Pepipost, from there It took me just 24 mins to have my site fully set up and running. From there I had one simple issue trying to send my first email. I reached out to support chat on their website and someone came on within 5 seconds to help direct.. It was a simple domain sending issue I miss-typed but their great agent was there to guide me though it and help me get back on track! So far - this cloud based email delivery engine is truly amazing. When you have the largest online reach in the world for the oil and gas sector, when you release the newest hottest website for that industry.. you need reliability and thats exactly what I found! Cheers to Pepipost, Ill be sticking around here for a while!

Great product - API Pepipost
I have been using the API of Pepipost for about a month on a WoirdPress website.
Since I activated Pepipost I noticed the outgoing emails not going into the Spam folder of the recipients anymore. The customer support from Pepipost have worked with me through setting up the account, domain verification and have always been extremely responsive and helpful.
The Dashboard inside the Pepipost customer account showing live feeds, bounces and spam reports is great and helps clearing out accounts and improving future deliverability.
The only inconvenience I encountered is the customer account in Pepipost app which seems a bit slow, and once the session times out it keeps loading rather than redirecting to login. But this does not impact the overall product for my case.
Happy with Pepipost API so far and would definitely recommend it.

The API is decent. We get everything done that we need. They also provide unsubscribing, blacklisting.
Support is great, always get someone to deal with our problems.
Also we have received support regarding dropped email rate due to email template/format etc.
And great price as well.

Fantastic Attitude, Very Helpful
I dealt with Adil - Fantastic attitude, very helpful, and straight to the point advice and assistance. I was having a problem, with the setup of a sender domain and spent about 2 hours trying to work it out, I then spoke to Adil through the chat and it was all sorted in 5 minutes.
Great tools and a great team behind providing them!! Really recommend them for the services and tools they offer!!
