Pros:
1. They have great trial program, so you'd be able to check the service before committing for paid plans;
2. Exceptional support team, all issues get solved within an hour;
3, Great email deliverability with detailed reports.
4. Pretty informative visual guides for setups and overall detailed instructions which could be beneficial for less experienced users.

Had a hack on my free account, got an email notifying me with thousands of emails on standby, got in touch with them in minutes (no waiting time is appreciated), cleared the password and once the batch stops, I'll get back in touch to have it all deleted.. Overall very pleased with their customer service!

Successful Integration with WP Mail SMTP
I tried to integrate WP Mail SMTP with many email senders. The Pepipost integration was by far the easiest. I also had an issue and used their chat functionality. Adil quickly found the root issue and helped me get it fixed.

Support: Very knowledgeable and professional.You can always reach a real person via the chat and they are eager to help with any issue. If they can't solve it immediately they escalate it to the proper department.
Deliverability: So far I had no issues at all with deliverability. The "Live Feed" feature in the dashboard gives the exact status of an ongoing message. This is very valuable when trying to troubleshoot issues when customers "claim" that they didn't receive a message.
