Live chat gives alot of problem resolving

I been using pepipost for more than a week. Seems more secure than sendgrid. We only use SMTP and webhook events. We don't use the API. I like the management of quotas but found some glitches... the free email quotas never worked because their were exhausted with no request... Now we are experiencing drops due to lack of credits but the subaccount has credits allocated.
Other thing the front is very slow. It seems you are loading a lot of data every time.
So far, so good and we are happy with pepipost; next days we're going to test the webhooks

I'm new customer to Pepipost, I tried it after I saw many reviews about it and now I will write my own review about it and hope it is fair:

-Features:

Pros:

Dashboard:
It has very nice and easy dashboard with many features (
Requests, Delivered (Processing),Bounces, Drops, Opened, Clicked. Unsubscribes.Spam Reports)

Live Feed:
You can see your email at live and see their status

Analytics:
You can see analytics with details
(Total, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribes, Bounces, Spam reports, Invalid, Drops, Processed)

Suppressions:
You can suppress specific emails or domains (domains have blacklist and whitelist options)
You can add them manually one by one or upload a CSV file for bulk upload.

Email Marketing:
They support E-mail Marketing and you can read more in their blog/open-source-integration/

Sending Domains:
You can link domain by adding SPF and DKIM record and disable tracking is possible but needs to add CNAME record for that and contact tech support to disable it
You can also control tracking based on Open/Click and Unsubscribe emails

Sandbox:
It is good feature to test emails by using sandbox option

Integrations:
You can integrate via SMTP Relay or API settings they have also many third party integrations such as for wordpress, drupal and joomla ..etc

Encryption BETA feature:
While Pepipost doesn't store any data, you can have enhanced control over user privacy by encrypting your customers' PII (Personally Identifiable Information). This feature is available free of charge while in beta mode. We will soon announce the commercials.

Note: I haven't test this feature yet but seems good, you can read more about it on their site

- Many other options available such as Tags, Subaccounts, Templates and Mail Alerts

Cons:
The free plan has 1000 emails per day for first 30 days and 100 email per day after.

I won't consider it as a cons but 100 emails per day may not enough for small sites. Compared to other competitors may give extra emails per day but vary with options given.

I hope they rise this number or at least make a burst system that give more allowance for sending email per day.

In General:

It has almost all the features in most of all competitors in the market

They have good and fast tech support one of them called Mr.Dipesh this person is really good person, fast responding, have good knowledge about what he doing and deal with and have patient compared to many online tech support this guy I will give him 10/10 regardless of the company services.

My Review was only by using free services so I can't say for paid one. Hope this is fair and good for anyone looking for this company.

I'm very very happy to be a new customer with Pepipost, First of all, and before everything, they have a very nice team especially Mr. Sid who was following up with me for 2 days, They did my requests and offer me a very very competitive price if we compare them with other providers, I have been a customer with SendGrid for months, They are great, but their support is very slow and their prices are very high. I started using Pepipost a couple of months ago for one of my clients, I instantly noticed their software was super easy to use and that they had a WordPress plugin, which made integration a breeze. When we started testing deliveribility, we were pretty amazed with the results we got. I got stuck a few times, but their support team was there to give me a hand almost instantly (via the live chat). So far, all I can say is that Pepipost has met my clients expectations and my own, and I can blindly recommend them as a top-notch service! Pepipost provides good transactional email services. I have used it for more than 2 years in my business. Fast email delivery, easy to setup, affordable fees, and the support staffs are very helpful.

I am a website developer that needs a reliable transactional email service that can support 6000 emails per month for a small organization and cannot afford a private IP. I tried several other popular providers and found either support totally lacking or constant bouncing due to blocked server IP addresses.

Pepipost has a more rigorous sign up criteria that hopefully allows them to reject obvious spammers. The process was fairly quick. However, being anxious to get started, authorization to send takes time for their servers to synchronize.

I develop websites in Drupal and wrote my own interface to their API rather than using SMTP. Pepipost's documentation is excellent and provides clear examples.

Since I am on the lowest paid level, I am still on a shared server which does suffer from some IP blockages. However their ticket support (email) usually responds within 24 hours and has resolved the problems. Creating sub-accounts also sets you up on different shared servers which requires clearing one or two IP blockages.

The online chat support with Dipesh was absolutely refreshing. A very knowledgable person, solving all issues to my complete satisfaction. I found that opening a chat was nearly instantaneous.

I'm not a website developer and have tried to work on my own site myself. I now have so much respect for developers. I was not able to push out emails from my site and the wonderful and patience folks at Pepipost were amazing. My clients now get emails once an order is placed and fulfilled. Thank you!!!!
