This was a Thank you gift and the recipient was very happy with my choice of wine.
One thing that I did notice was whenever you contacted me you referred to me as Paul who the gift was for,it would have been nice to be addressed by my name.
However your selections are good and the delivery was good but of course I had to pay the premium price....Many thanks.

The packaging is very excessive and usually requires driving to the local tip to be disposed of. No other on-line company I use uses this type of packing and I have never had a breakage.

Delivery woes and missing items
##update##
I did manage to find an email in my junk folder after a phone call from the company. Missing item refunded as there was a problem with the warehouse picking items... changed the review to 3 stars instead of one.
##update##
Parcel wasnt delivered... had to head to parcel depot... who had initially lost it.
When I opened it found there was an item missing and emailed support for assistance... its been 2 weeks and no answer. Would not use again.

Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the issues you had. We did email you twice to confirm whether you wanted the wooden box to be re-posted at our cost or receive a refund for the cost of box. I am happy this is now resolved and hope we can see you again at Perfect Cellar again soon
