Had a good experience with Perfume Direct. It was easy to order and i ordered a perfume which isn’t widely available on the High Street. It came quickly. Very pleased with whole experience.

Took to long for delivery

There was no updates regarding my order. I thought I might have been scammed. Then after a week the first item arrived. Again no update why the other item was not delivered. The second item arrived a week after.

Brought Creed Irish Green Tweed for my husband for Christmas. Arrived on time and price was good for a 100ml. The spray stopped working after only two uses. Contacted Perfume Direct by email regarding this issue. They replied and requested video of the faulty spray. Sent this attached to email and also sent another two emails when I had no further contact from them. I am still waiting for them to get back to me regarding the £200 bottle of perfume that can not be used.

As a skincare enthusiast, I was thrilled to find Estee Lauder ADVANCED NIGHT REPAIR at such a competitive price. My skin feels rejuvenated! The customer service was exceptional, answering all my queries promptly.

No communication regarding my order which was then cancelled after 5 days and the money refunded without any explanation whatsoever.

The customer service is second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the perfumes is excellent, with each scent lasting all day. A fantastic company overall.

Placed order for an instock item on 3rd Sept - a birthday gift.

On 9th Sept, almost a week later (and having previously sent me an order confirm email that my order was about to be shipped), I get an email saying it's out of stock so they are refunding me.

Poor experience. I should have gone direct to Aqua di Parma, which is my next move. Avoid!

I ordered a Versace perfume set from this company but received an entirely different product—a cheaper Eau de Toilette set with a different toiletry bag. To make matters worse, I tried contacting the company multiple times, but my calls never went through; it seemed like the phone number didn’t even exist. I also attempted to reach out via their website chat but had no success there either.

When I finally emailed them, I was surprised to find their contact address was a Gmail account. After several emails, someone eventually responded and asked me to return the incorrect order. Since the mistake was on their end, I requested a prepaid return label, which I eventually received.

I sent the order back but had to chase them for a refund, sending multiple follow-up emails. Eventually, I got my refund, but the entire experience was incredibly stressful, time-consuming, and extremely unprofessional on their part.

Additionally, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of their products. For these reasons, I strongly advise others not to use this company!!!!!!

I'm not great with technology, but it was really easy to find what I wanted and place an order on this website. Everything was clearly labeled and I got a confirmation email right away.
