I wish I could give these con artists no stars at all.. 700 dollars in charges I'll never see again.. Don't bother sending back creams for a refund.. Won't happen.. Report fraud with your credit card company and hope for the best..

This company is nothing but a scam! They will ship you products without your consent at no charge and ask you to pay a small shipping fee and then they will charge you close to 400 dollars. I have shipped their unused products back at my cost and asked them to return my money and now they say they won't give my money back! Beware of this company and products! Never order anything from them!

This company is just like a pocket stealer! I returned their products soon when I received, never have been opened, however; they said they can not refund the money because the products are not returned in its original condition. This is "The WORST company" in the world ever!!!!

Franchement on est beaucoup à se faire avoir par ce cadeau 🎁 empoisonné! Perlelux ce sont des escros!
Je vais tenter de voir si on peux faire un recours collectif.
Sur internet je n’ai jamais cocher un accord avec des sois disant conditions du cadeau! Ce qu’il veulent c’est notre numéro de carte de crédit. Évidemment il ne prenne pas Paypal!!

FRAUDULEUX !!! On nous offre un kit à 5.99 mais ensuite on nous charge le gros montant de 179.95 et 189.98 ....Et on ne voit pas à nulle part ou s'est écrit qu'on doit retourner si pas satisfait...N'achetez pas ça....

This company are the worst! They set you up with a "membership" and charge you $10 a month. I even set up an account with them and checked the option to receive no further products from them and they still sent me products and they still charged by credit card. When I called and spoke to customer service I was shouted at by "customer service" because I was angry that they would not return my money. Absolute scam.

Please do not fall for one of these traps! My grandmother came across an email saying that she had won a prize through a reputable cable company. The email was fabricated and was just a lure to get her to sign up for a free trial period of face creams.
Once I heard this I checked it out for her and sure enough in the fine print it said, if we like the product we keep it and end up paying $189.99. If you don't call them and request a cancellation of the product before the trial date they will charge your card a ridiculous amount of money, reoccurring every month.
I called them, they emailed me the information about sending the products back and telling me to call them back with a tracking number.

However we called the bank and put a stop payment on and from this company. We are going to send the products back regardless because they still have the card and could charge her another way.

Absolute Scam, true robbery.
I'm actually trying to get my mother out of this...
She order the trials and didn't notice the autorefill condition.
I told her to forget those 400$, but i'm hoping that the billing will stop after this. I went on the website and call the company to make sure the account was close. Sadly the second month is already billed and we're waiting for the products so we can send them back. Is anybody got free of this nightmare ? At this point I don't care losing the money, just hoping that the billing stops.

DON’T DO IT! You’ll regret it. I never received the trial but they insist it was delivered and left at my door. They charged my credit card over $400 for orders I never made !! Absolute crooks and scammers. Now I’m fighting with MasterCard to have the charges reversed. Perlelux and Collagenea told me they win 99.9% of all disputes and not to bother wasting my time. Unbelievable! Do your homework. The RCMP and CBC News Marketplace reported 26,000 complaints last year alone from people being scammed by these companies that trick people into auto-shipments and free trials that are not free!

Bekendtskabet kostede mig 338.86€ ca 25.000 kr. for at bestille en prøvepakke til 5,99€.
Prøvepakken skulle være returneret inden for 30 dage ellers koster prøvepakken 149,97€+147,95€. En prøvepakke skulle da ikke gerne koste mere en det første opkrævet beløb på 44,82€ mere prisen var på grund af Collagea Serum og Hyaluronic plus som fulgte med i prøvepakke.

The merchant buries the recurring fees in the fine print of the terms and conditions. After what is usually a 15-day trial period, the customer automatically becomes enrolled in a subscription if they don't cancel, and their credit card gets billed every month, for hundreds of dollars.
This is a scam. Better Business Bureau should shut this company down asap.

Je me suis fait avoir. 2 paiements de 179.00 et l'autre de 180.00. 360.00 Je me suis informée au protecteur du consommateur et ceux -ci m'ont expliqué que selon la loi 230 C ils doivent nous rembourser. Je suis si fâchée de m'être fait prendre 400..

Our free 10 day trial was cut short only giving us 3 days to return it, sent it by Purolator to be sure it made it back in time, then they wanted to charge us another fee as the product was used (what do you expect with a FREE TRIAL). Called and canceled my credit card and our credit card company was well aware of this scam. Basically I would highly recommend canceling your credit card immediately if you have been duped by this scam as what I read from other reviews is they keep charging you over and over again, once they have your credit card the bills will not stop.

They charge you full price if you don´t send the products back within 10 days.
when you keep asking questions the person who you speak to understand less and less english....
