I've order a collegeia for 5$ they charge me 386$ after couple of day. I ask for refund till now i'm waiting for there inspection.

Il y a un pop-up qui s'est ouvert pendant que je naviguais sur internet. On annonçait des «échantillons gratuits» de produits et l'on ne payait que les frais d'expédition de 4.95$. Dix jours plus tard, je suis facturée pour un montant de 179,95$ pour ces fameux «échantillons» en se référant à leur politique qui disait que l'on devait retourner les produits dans les 10 jours si l'on n'était pas satisfait, sinon on nous facturerait 179,95$. Effectivement, je vais sur leur site officiel et c'est bien indiqué, mais dans la PUBLICITÉ INSTANTANÉE qui est apparue, on n'en faisait pas mention... Naturellement, je ne peux pas retrouver cette publicité. C'est vraiment de la publicité frauduleuse!
J'ai au moins pu annuler sur leur site, les envois futurs, parce que, en plus, 30 jours plus tard, on reçoit de nouveaux produits et la facture....

ATTENTION ! NE FAITES PAS VENIR CES PRODUITS EN CROYANT QU'ILS SONT GRATUITS!

Som alle I andre her på Trustpilot er jeg også blevet grundigt snydt! Trykkede kun for at få deres såkaldte special trial offer - og efterfølgende poppede et andet produkt op, som jeg ikke kunne komme ud af. Modtog begge produkter, men der stod intet om, at jeg ville blive faktureret yderligere 147 euro i følgebrevet! Prøver at kræve mine 100 euro tilbage og derefter gå til Kontanten eller forbrugerservice, så de kan blive stoppet på Facebook. Det er et svindelfirma. I alt er jeg blevetikke returnerer produkterne inden 14 dage fra modtagelsen - så står der i de skjulte (!) handelsbetingelser, at man bliver faktureret yderligere EUR 147,95.

Google the Perelux reviews first! Don’t get caught up in a scam! They advertise FREE trial products and then after ten days they’ll charge your credit card for over $100. THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM!!

Quite simply the most dishonest of operations. I was sent 2 other products called collagena which i never ordered and was totally mislead in to buying it. What began as a trial for 6.99 if returned within 10 days, which it was, turned in to close to $100.00 when all re-shipping charges were factored in. Money lost aside, this is a painfully inferior product. I am a professional and have been using peptide products since they first came on the market around 2001.I have found some that are extraordinary and if used in concert with Retin A can and do give visible and measurable results. This is a poor imitation and quite probably the worst.

Købte prøvepakke som ankom efter aftale MEN så opdager jeg at der bliver hævet 47 Euro mere. ‼️
Efter nogle dage blev der hævet 1195 kr‼️
Jeg forsøgte at kontakte dem men uden held. Jeg skrev dog at jeg har haft kontaktet politiet, og så kom pengene pludselig tilbage, så de må jo have læst meddelsen‼️
Køb aldrig på nettet uden at undersøge det grundigt‼️

Perlelux er et netsvindelfirma. Sælger et billigt tilbud på en ansigtscreme, men følger det hurtigt uden videre op af en dyr regning under et andet navn.

A complete scam operation. They advertise a "free" sample product for shipping and handling cost only of a few dollars. After two weeks I found a charge of $179 on my credit card. They claim that the offer requires the product to be returned after 10 days, however the TV ad is extremely misleading. If there is small print indicating what they claim it is not obvious. After I contacted them they only offered a partial refund for a used product. DO NOT ORDER THEIR PRODUCT AND DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Once again a scam. I made the mistake of agreeing to a free sample. No where was there any mention of this being part of a trial or for additional samples to be sent. In fact what it said was you can try our sample for shipping costs only, full stop. After I received the product I was taken aback by charges on my credit card one month later. I have been trying to get the credit card company, RBC Royal Bank Mastercard to deal with this but they refuse to do so. They indicated to me that it is my responsibility to never give my card information to anyone, unless you are prepared to have them bill whatever they like against your card, regardless of what you may have agreed to, if the company you deal with has a website that introduces terms and conditions that you were never informed of, and those terms apply to you, whether or not you agreed to them.

THEY ADVERTISE A "SAMPLE" FOR FREE, BUT THEN THEY SEND FULL-SIZED PRODUCTS. THAT WAS MY FIRST INDICATION THAT SOMETHING WAS AMISS. I DID A GOOGLE SEARCH AND REALIZED I HAD BEEN SCAMMED. MY BANK TOLD ME THAT I COULD EXPECT A $400 CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD IF I DIDN'T 1) TELL THE SCAMMERS THAT I WAS "CANCELING ANY FUTURE ORDERS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS" (IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU USE THIS TERMINOLOGY) 2) RETURN THE PRODUCTS A.S.A.P. - YOU MUST EMAIL OR CALL THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER RIGHT AFTER YOU MAIL THE GARBAGE BACK TO THEM AND 3) HOLD ONTO THE TRACKING NUMBER WHEN YOU SEND THE PRODUCTS BACK TO THE BOTTOM FEEDERS.
I ALSO CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD AND IF THEY HAD CHARGED ME THAT CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY, I WOULD HAVE DISPUTED IT WITH MY BANK. THESE ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS. THE LOWEST OF THE LOW. YOU CAN CALL THEM, BUT A HEADS UP: THEY SPEAK IN REALLY BROKEN ENGLISH - BIG SURPRISE THERE!!!!

Desværre må jeg på min søsters vegne tilslutte mig gruppen af dem der er blevet narret og plyndret af dette firma.
PERLELUX ER ET SCAM .Firmaet trækker penge på folks kort uden at sende varer og det er store beløb der er tale om..
De sender det samme enslydende brev til.alle .
Jeg håber der er en chance for at få dette firma stoppet.

Dem kan man ikke stole på...henvendte mig per mail lige efter at have modtaget cremen, hvor jeg fik at vide at jeg skulle henvende mig efter 10 dage, men at jeg kunne være helt rolig for der blev ikke hævet penge på min konto, men alligevel sendte jeg en mail og gjorde opmærksom på at produktet ikke virkede , trods det er der blevet hævet penge på min konto...har efterfølgende været i kontakt med dem 15 gange og hver gang har det været en forskellige person der har skrevet tilbage...

Dette var hvad jeg fik at vide og stadig mener de at det er min egen fejl!!!

I received the free trial. 10 days later I was charged C$179. I emailed to complain. They kept saying that I failed to return the free trial within 10 days trial period and no refund would be issued. Then I disputed the charge with my card provider. I guessed the card provider had contacted them because all of sudden they offered a partial refund provided that I would not seek further compensation from them and I would not dispute any of the charges with my bank. However I refused to accept the partial refund. A week later, my card provider informed me that they had issued a credit to my account. I received full refund C$179. Lucky, I did not accept the partial refund offer.

This company is a scam!
Unfortunately I didn't search before I accept the "trial package", so now I'm suffering the consequences, and I've paid over 400€ so far. There are many of these fraudulent companies around.

"“These defendants tricked people into paying for skin care products and abused the credit card system to extend their scheme,” said Jessica Rich, director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. “The Commission will continue to attack scams that rely on supposed ‘free trial’ offers and unauthorized credit card charges.”

The agency’s original complaint, filed in June 2015, charged seven individuals and 15 companies with selling their skincare products through false advertisements for “risk-free trials.” According to the FTC, the defendants convinced consumers to provide their credit card information, purportedly to pay nominal shipping fees.

However, the defendants allegedly used consumers’ credit card information to impose unauthorized recurring monthly charges of up to $97.88 per month for unordered products. The FTC also charged defendants with misrepresenting themselves as accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

The Commission charged the defendants with violating the FTC Act, the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act, and the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. In October 2015, the FTC filed an amended complaint, adding eight corporate defendants, two individual defendants, and one corporate relief defendant to the case, which brought the total number of defendants to 33."

AWFUL FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THEY ARE LIARS. The product doesn't even work.
The people on the phone is rude and annoying too.
They advertise a sample with a shipping and handling fee. Yet they now say sample and gave you a 10 day 'evaluation' period NOT a trial. They said they will send you a sample. What they say you get to SAMPLE the product and TRY it for 10 days. Then they automatically charge your cc for the full amount.

Absolutely deplorable company and product! Shame on you!

Wow does it stop ever stink. Smells like your great granny perfume cupboard. Nauseating enough that I wasn’t able to try it long enough to figure out if it works.

Based on the number of overblown reviews on fake review sites, I’m guessing the best thing about this is it’s marketing machine

Jeg har samme dårlige oplevelse med dette svindelfortagende. Er blevet svindlet for 2200.00kr, selvom jeg fik lovet prøvepakker og kun skulle betale forsendelse. Jeg har skrevet frem og tilbage med firmaet, men de mener, de er i deres gode ret. Annoncen var på dansk, og der figurerede flere kendte danske kvinder ( hvilket også viser sig at være fup, idet de slet ikke har accepteret det). Der var 15 sider på engelsk om deres firma, men det skulle jo være gratis, så det var ikke overskueligt at nærlæse.
Nu har jeg spærret mit kort og gjort indsigelse i min netbank. Hvis I alle gør det, kan det være, firmaet kan stoppes.

This is a scam. The creams are nothing special and they trick you by saying you get a free trial. If you do not return the product within 10 days of when they believe you got the product, they will charge you about $50-$60 per item. They also force you to take an extra product when ordering and charge you double for shipping (no exit strategy on webpage). I had a week, not 10 days from when I received the product to return it to them to not be charged over $100. You must first let them know your not satisfied, then return the package with a tracking number that is provided to them. You must also follow all their other instructions, including complaining, putting packing slip back in box, have your return address on package and provide a shipping number to them. I am still unsure whether they will try to charge me again, as I just returned it today. If you do get into this trap, keep all your email, so you can get your credit card company not to allow any further charges!

Jeg har som så mange andre bestilt en “gratis” prøve mod betaling af porto. Desværre har jeg først lige opdaget, at de har trukket 2 x 1.100 kr på min konto. Svindel og humbug. Normalt tjekker jeg med Trustpilot inden jeg bestiller noget som helst på nettet, men denne gang må det være svipset. Øv siger jeg bare, det var dyre lærepenge :-((((
