Ordered on the 10th of June with delivery for 18th of June. Currently the 24th of June and still no item has been delivered. Each time I reach out they can provide no information about shipping or a tracking number. Will be issuing a charge back through bank. Absolutely disgraceful.

Order took longer to arrive than estimated time so order a couple of weeks in advance if the item is a gift. Upon arrival, the quality of the image was sub par, you could barely make out what it was supposed to be. Emailed customer services and they were very helpful, I changed the design on the keyring and they kindly sent me new ones. I was pleased by their effort to fix the problem!

Took longer than advertised and wasn’t sure if it was sent as I didn’t get a despatched notification. Was delighted when it arrived and it was absolutely perfect. Love it

Im not recommended this company. They lost my parcel, and didn't take any responsibility about this. They don't have any proof or shipping.

I absolutely do not recommend this company. The first shipment arrived in 48 hours, but the quality was very poor. Every piece was scratched. There were 7 pieces in total. The complaint was acknowledged, but nothing has been resolved yet, the manufacturer does not communicate and has not even sent me the second shipment that I ordered. On the website they state that they will deliver the goods to the customer within 48 hours and I have been waiting for the second shipment for over a week. Everything is done through automatic emails and you have no one to call because the pieces are made in Dubai.

No issue with the service. Good delivery time considering the time of year. Item was as described. Happy with the purchase.

Have been waiting a month for my order. Website says it takes 5-7 days aprox. Not very happy. Customer service also cant confirm where my order is, only that it was shipped a month ago. I wouldnt order from here if youre planning to!

Delivery took a bit longer than the advertised 5-7 days it's more like 14 but the product that arrived is beautiful and I really cherish it. They don't skimp on quality I would order from them again

Yes shipped from Switzerland so was delivery was slow and no tracking is a worry but customer service replied quickly,politely and informative so no generated auto response product was great pleased as

Don’t purchase from this company. They operate overseas, their site is very misleading. Along with that you are not provided any tracking number.

I got the keyrings and they're lovely! I thought i was scammed based from the reviews i have read but i was wrong. The delivery was a bit longer than expected as it was shipped from Switzerland. But, the wait was worth it! The customer service was really helpful as well as they really respond to queries. Thank you!

Asked over 7 Times for a refund and they won't give me one, have flagged it as fraud with the bank and they are processing a refund for me. Absolutely shocking scam. Looks like some drop shipping site made from someone who has no idea what they're doing. Definite SCAM. DO NOT BUY. Do not go off their paid reviews. After finally getting somewhere with my bank and have been given a case number they gave magically decided to refund me. WORST experience.

Ordered from here at the beginning of June, they said the items shipped on the 15th and yet there’s still nothing been delivered. Item apparently ships from Switzerland, their contact information says Gibraltar and the web address is Irish. I think it’s one big scam tbh.
