Love the dog tag! It took a week longer to arrive than expected but is well worth it

The quality of the tags were great. The disappointment was it took over a month to arrive. I chose this site as I thought I was dealing with a New Zealand company and it would arrive quickly but it wasn’t the case

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing! VERY misleading information on their website, product is not received within 5-7 business days, it has been a month, still not received the tag and they keep telling me to just wait and they will resend.

Took a long time to arrive but good customer service!

Good products and reasonable pricing. Comes from Switzerland so took four weeks to arrive, but did ship within the day as promised.

Quality dog collars , soft leather and nice gold hardware on it .
As it was posted there was no tracking and it took a bit longer to arrive , however I would order again .

Nothing wrong with the product and the price is good.
However the implication is that you are buying from a NZ company and the suggested delivery time is as you would expect from a local company. Its not, and the tags come very slowly (a month) from Switzerland. They've also made it very hard to leave a review on their site.
If you want your tag reasonably quickly, pay a little more and buy from NZ.

Do not buy from this company. I’m sure they are not NZ based and I’m still waiting for my products after four weeks. They will not refund even though they have to under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. They just tell me to keep waiting although I’ve had to go and buy a collar and dog tags from another place. Incredibly bad customer service.

BEWARE SPAMMER AND SCAMMERS
Still no dog tags but heaps of emails spammed me.
They also have the perfect format,they get pets name and your ph number...two contact points to sell onto the dark web.

Unethical company. Misleading and makes it look like they are a NZ company. We have been waiting way longer than their delivery claims and all they can answer me is that it has been shipped and should wait. Avoid at all costs.

The impression given by website is that this is NZ company (.co.nz) n fact shipped from Switzerland.

Still waiting after over a month. The company initially wrote that the tags had been delivered-untrue-still waiting!

I recommend nobody uses this company.

This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve had. The website is deceptive and intentionally misleading using .co.nz domain. Orders are shipped from Switzerland, not NZ.

I purchased one item 25 May 2026 that was advertised with a 5–7 business day delivery window. It was apparently shipped 27 May 2026. Today 18 June 2026 I have not received it. I emailed requesting tracking information, an update or a refund to only receive an automated email response saying shipping delays are experienced.

Do not buy from this website.

Good quality product, easy website to order, but slow arrival as unexpectedly was coming from another part of the world. Saved by responsive and polite company communication!

Love the dog collar we bought. We have a new deaf puppy so wanted something clear to show that so had been looking around for options. I liked that we could from different colours and write what we wanted on it.

Had to wait a while, but worth the wait, very happy with the product

Collar is as described. Disappointed that the company not in Nz but Gibraltar. Had to contact as parcel took 4 weeks to arrive. Customer support responded promptly

I do NOT recommend this company.

I placed an order on March 13th after seeing their website, which clearly made it seem like they were based in Australia and promised delivery within 5–7 business days. That was completely misleading.

After waiting far longer than expected, I contacted them and on April 13th they told me to wait another 7 days. It has now been over 9 additional days since then, and I still have not received anything.

I have sent two more emails asking for updates and a refund, and they have completely ignored me.

At this point, this is unacceptable. Not only is the delivery time false, but the company is NOT based in Australia as they suggest — the product is actually made and shipped from Gibraltar.

This has been a very frustrating experience and a complete lack of professionalism and transparency.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from this company.
