Mydogtags Reviews

Passed off as a New Zealand website which I tried to buy local. Appears to be based out of Gibraltar and ships out of Switzerland. Shipping was ok price but much slower than they said it would be. But it did turn up and the quality was good so as long as you factor in a longer delivery time than stated, pretty good.

Great durable looking dog collar.
Went for XL that just fits our golden retriever.
Was in email contact re delivery, very prompt and helpful communication.
Thanks

When we moved from Spain to New Zealand, we needed to get a new tag for our pup so I did the usual "bloke" thing and researched the internet like crazy to find something that would be good quality for our Stella. She ia a Spanish hunting dog breed and so very active, requiring plenty of outdoor activity and running.

I was delighted to find MyDogTags, and even happier when we received her new tag. Their quality is superb and obviously very durable, and their customer care is top notch.

Highly recommend!

I ordered a name tag for my cat & a collar for my dog & these were exactly as they are in the photos if not better. The collar is also a perfect fit & the name tag is the perfect size. Not too big & not too small. The team were also amazing. Quick to dispatch & keep me fully updated. Thank you so much!!! I definitely recommend

This is not a NZ company! Despite the .co.nz website, they are not based in NZ. They ship from Switzerland. It has been a month since I ordered my dog tag and it still hasn't arrived. Was hoping to get a dog tag delivered within the week since I thought this was a NZ company who say they ship within 24 hours. Not so. Have had to purchase another dog tag anyway.

I ordered a dog I’d tag, pink heart with bow tie. Wasn’t too long for waiting for it to arrived in the post. My husky dog loves it, so do I. Will have to reorder from here if needing a new one. Great price and overall loved it.

Thank you.

It was delivered and is a great tag. Unfortunately the shipping was slow and not the 5 to 7 days stated.

Awesome quality, exactly as ordered.
Delivery time pretty good considering where they’re sent from.

Fantastic product, neat and tidy. I would definitely buy again.

Nice little light tag for my puppy. Thanks for the reassurance when parcel took its time.reasonable price. Would definitely buy again.

Really delighted with the embroidered dog tag. It is excellent quality and looks so smart on my small dog.

Best tag. I was looking for a light tag that's non-metal and found the wooden one that ticked all the boxes. It's not as noisy when dog is walking compared to a metal tag. Delivery took over a week, but didn't mind as the price was so good and the quality's great

Probably should've checked here before ordering :/

Dog tags have not been delivered or heard of any further updates. Should've gone with Temu

Has been 13 business days since I ordered. No tracking or shipping information was sent, I emailed to ask for updates and they basically just blew me off. Would not trust or order from this website, I’d say I’d be lucky to receive a refund.

Easy to order and pretty decent quality products. Unfortunately like many of these other reviews they should provide tracking and is misleading appearing to be an NZ site but shipping from Switzerland.

Good interactive website and good quality products.

Delivery took a while so give yourself plenty of time for them to arrive.

They have another site - mycattags.co.nz. shipped from Switzerland and no tracking number etc. Sent by mail, almost a month later and still not received. Only hope they will provide a refund. Will be shopping very local.

Did not get the dog tag shipped within 24-48 hours, did not receive the product within 5-7 days as promised on their website and in their order confirmation emails. False advertising that breaks the Consumer Act of the country they claim to be operating in.

We are very happy with these tags - they look professionally manufactured, and they are exactly as the pictures show on the website. The tags were made very quickly and shipped the next day! Mostly though, we are very impressed with the customer service. Our postal delivery was a bit longer than we thought it would be (not their fault) and I queried that with Mydogtags, and they were helpful and replied immediately to our concerns. Would definitely use them again.

Present themselves as an NZ company and then ship from Switzerland. So theur promised delivery time is way off, took a month. (Later edit) When they read my original review they offered me a refund if I took this review down! So are just paying people off to remove negative reviews! Hugely unethical.
