Mydogtags Reviews

So happy with my orders and product quality! My Bentley loves his tag and it withstands all the rain, mud & shine. Looks exactly like what you order on the site

STEER CLEAR!!!! They are not based in NZ despite .co.nz domain! They are based in Switzerland and definitely haven't delivered within 5-7 working days as stated on their website. 1 calendar month has passed since my order was confirmed and shipped. Nil response from their contact page. I feel scammed! Suggest you use a local company physically in NZ.

Nice engraved name for my pet he loves it and it goes well with his collar 😀

I have shopped a few times with Mydogtags and their service and products are great. The process is easy and stress free and the products are always delivered on time and without any issues. I would highly recommend Mydogtags for your pooch!

Really good customer service when it took a little longer than expected to arrive

The process for ordering is easy to follow and simple. Had no issues with delivery considering it came from overseas and arrived in perfect condition. The quality is outstanding and durable. Would definitely order again in the future.

The dog tag I received is absolutely as described on the website (maybe even a bit better!) It is really high quality and the engraving is perfect. If you don't mind waiting a bit for it to arrive I would highly recommend. Only downside is the website makes it look like it is a NZ company but shipping is actually from overseas. My order took a month to arrive. In saying that the communication from the company was quick when I followed up my delivery and they were able to tell me when my order had shipped. If I were to suggest an improvement it would be advertising more realistic delivery timeframes and providing tracking details. Overall a positive experience though.

Great communication when my order took a little longer than expected to be delivered.

Fantastic service.
The dogs love their tags.

Great tag , looks very smart & has all information on it so he is again identifiable.

Loved the dog tag we received. Realised after we ordered that the company were overseas based, however, they delivered for free and in a timely manner considering. I didn’t expect the tag to arrive at all to be honest but it did, it was made well and to our specifications. Normally you would pay for delivery coming from overseas but not in this case, we pay more for postage courier internally within New Zealand so definitely not complaining. Thank you my dog tags, I would recommend.

Very happy - Great service.

Is Sent from overseas.
Delivery to NZ is 4 weeks.
Would have been a lot quicker to get done locally… wish I had.

The website says 'mydogtags.co.NZ' (keyword: NZ) yet they are based somewhere in Europe which is the first red flag. Secondly, they do not give you a tracking number for your product. I have never not received a tracking number for online shopping. I've currently been waiting 15 days! The website says 5-7 delivery time frame. If I knew this company was not NZ based and would take this bloody long, I would have gone elsewhere. Super disappointed and feel I've been scammed.

Great products, fantastic customer service. Will definitely recommend.

Perfect, good quality tag for my active little guy. Peace of mind with my number on the back. Thanks team!

Beautiful product and the website is a fun experience while ordering. I liked being able to see an image of the engraved tag before purchasing, nice feature. The only reason not 5 stars is the delivery time. I was not aware it was coming from overseas, amd delivery exceeded the stated lead time by several days. This resulted in a couple of emails back and forth advising it had yet to arrive. Reply emails were prompt and professional and an offer to send order at no cost was made (not accepted as happy to give a few more days). Product finally arrived and had i known it was coming from Switzerland I would have allowed longer. Suggest lead times are extended on website or in confirmation email. Is quality product and worth the wait. I will be ordering again and recommending. Thanks team!

Good quality tags. Clear writing and good communication.

Thanks to the team at Mydogtags we have recieved exactly what we ordered and expected. When you consider this was sent from Switzerland all the way to New Zealand in 14 days it is rather amazing!

Great service and communication.
After a bit of a delay in getting my order I contacted the team and they were very quick to respond and confirm things were on their way. Sure enough product showed up a few days later and is exactly what we wanted. A safe way to stow the air tag on our dog's collar so she can't access it and chew it. Thanks team, appreciate your help.
