dogstag.co.uk Reviews

Great quality tag. Exactly how what was shown on the order. Lovely and lightweight too.

Exactly what I ordered, lovely little tag and nice and light too.
But it did take longer than expected for delivery.

Great item, really high quality and well packaged. Fast postage, I’d definitely buy again!

A great company, great service from start to finish, fast delivery, good quality, highly recommend will use again when needed.

Absolutely amazing service
Raised and issue over email(I had misplaced the parcel) and was met with very professional and polite responses

Always amazing quality and will definitely use again

Company is not transparent about being outside the UK. "Looking for the best Dog ID tags for dogs and cats in UK? "
"we offer quick delivery to your doorstep."
"Our efficient processing ensures that your engraved pet ID arrives quickly,"
None of these assertions are correct.
Advised that the product was shipped but it took more than 7 days for the tracking information to be notified and it was from Hungary - not Switzerland and they advised in their email.
Seems that they have poor control and management of their supply chain.

Misleading that it is a UK website but company or the operation is abroad. 11 days ago informed me that the product would be shipped in 48 hours so thinking it was in the UK, wasn't worried about it. Got an email today from the Royal Mail: We’ve been notified that a parcel has been posted to you from CUSTOMSKY LTD in Hungary. Needed this for a trip - now having to rush out to sort out other tags last minute. If they had made it clearer that deliver might take x amount of time that would have helped whereas on their website at the bottom it says "shipping within 24 hrs".

We are really happy withy the quality of the tag and it adds extra cuteness to a very cute Maltese Bichon! There was initially a problem with short delay in delivery but company responded immediately and resolved issue. Also reasonably priced. Thank you.

Took weeks to arrive as said was shipping from Hungary. Right dog name, incorrect personal details. Not a UK company. Poor quality.

We placed our order 9 days ago, it still hasnt arrived. Customer services cant track the order and said if it hasnt arrived in three weeks they will send another one. Awful customer service. Have ordered from a different company now.

Scam company. Looks UK based but, after ordering, they email saying the products are shipped from Switzerland. Two weeks after ordering and I’ve just had an email notification saying the package has just shipped from Hungary. Who knows what I’ll receive, but it’s too late, as I needed these within the 24-48 hours promised. Avoid.

To follow up on this: the tags arrived and they’re crap. Printed not engraved. The silver ones are printed in white and so not readable. I’ve contacted them for a return and the return address isn’t the london one listed on their website but is in Gibraltar. They’ve offered me a 25% refund in vouchers for their site. Total scam company.

Company don't deliver in the timeframe they advise and don't care if it's late. Blame where you live (UK)

The dog tag is shockingly bad and doesn't appear as seen on the site and some of the writing you can't read.

Customer service is terrible and don't actually help. They give a zero shits given approach.

Product is good quality and fairly priced. Shipping took quite a few days but I think the fault there lies with the postal service, not the supplier. Communication was helpful during the delay. Would recommend.

Have now had 3 tags from this company so far and each tag has been perfect! So easy to use the website too. Definitely recommend!

Poor quality, tag feels very flimsy and the clip it came with was broken. Have had to order another from elsewhere.

I ordered a dog tag and have never received it. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Terrible, don’t use.

Ordered in good faith on their misleading 48 hour despatch which leads you to believe you’ll receive your goods relatively promptly, has a .co.uk site mirror when the company is actually dispatching from Switzerland. Once they despatch you realise this because it’s then they tell you your goods will be with you in two weeks or so, it’s been nearly 3 weeks now, and despite asking for a refund they’ve ignored me, I’ve had to buy tags elsewhere so I’m down £25, I’ve no response from them after their first response and no goods. Don’t buy from this company, it’s a scam.

Really lovely dog tags, recommend to anyone who is looking for a good service. Quick response when I queried something. All round great experience, thank you!
