dogstag.co.uk Reviews

Really pleased with the quality of the dog tags.Delivery was great would recommend this company 👍😊

Great company. Very efficient and when my dog lost her tag they very kindly replaced it free of charge

The collar is well fitting and I love having my mobile number clearly printed on the collar. Much more convenient than the usual pet tags, which often come off. I have received several compliments about my dog's collar while out walking with him.

The dog tag we bought for our puppy is ideal - good size and great quality. Secures well to the collar - she manages to pull the precious one off. Delivery was slower than hoped but other than that very happy

I ordered a dog tag and am very happy with the quality of the product. The engraving is very clear and the delivery was prompt.

Great customer service and fast response to emails and messages. Yet to receive the item but I am in high hopes!

Really good communication when I contacted the company. Very not ce quality product and would definitely buy again

So disappointed. Took weeks to arrive from Switzerland and the quality of the tag is not good at all.
The text isn't clear and it looks cheap even though it wasnt. The website doesn't mention anything about the products coming from Europe. It has a UK web address, UK address and UK email address but nothing mentioned that it was coming from Switzerland, until the order was placed. I wouldn't mind waiting if the product was good but it isn't. The only good part was the little carabiner clip which I paid extra for and I will use that.
Don't waste your money or time.
I won't use this company again, sorry.

Easy to order & fast delivery.

Thank you

A perfect experience from start to finish easy to order looks perfect on miss Hetty very good quality and engraving is top quality perfect size fast delivery customer service friendly. I would recommend this company for getting your dog tags

The ordering process was simple and gave lots of choice. I chose them for the price which was one of the cheapest I could find & promised speedy delivery, however the tag took ages to arrive, which was disappointing as I had a new puppy & needed it for taking her out. They did however offer me a 50% refund. The product itself seems thin and the engraving is fading already due to rubbing against another tag. I've given 3 stars despite the terribly slow delivery and poor quality product because the customer service has been good.

Ordered dog tag. Only lasted 10 mins on my puppy before half the details had been scratched off it. Contacted the company to arrange a refund and they only gave a partial refund not including the £4 postage despite it being their product which was not fit for purpose. Obviously very cheaply made. Didn’t even come with a ring to attach the tag to the collar!!!! Awful. Since replaced tag with a standard one from the pet shop and it’s lasted perfectly. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Great strawberry dog tag. Had lots of compliments on it from friends. Engraved clearly with all details requested. Took a while to arrive but worth the wait.

The lettering etc is very small but the tag itself is nice. You will need to buy another keyring though as it’s tiny and a little flimsy.

Also bought a treat ball, it can fit in my egg cup!! Absolutely of no use.

Took quite a while to arrive so if you need something quick then I’d advise to try somewhere else

Excellent customer service and nice products. Need to bear in mind that they ship from Switzerland so take a few days to arrive!

Very pleased with the dog tag and the ball that holds treats our dog absolutely loves.
Overall 100% satisfied

Delivery was fast!
Good quality, very well made.
Would recommend :)

Tag quality ok WHEN it arrived. Not based in the UK. Overpriced. Huge delay in receiving. Raised a bank dispute then suddenly they reply. Bribing people to write good reviews. I would go elsewhere.

I am very pleased with my new bespoke dog collar. No more lost ID tags because all the details are stitched around it. Good quality and light for my dog to wear. I highly recommend this company.

A great product, to our exact specification. The only issue was a delay in delivery however, this was ordered prior to two bank holidays! The company dealt with the issue swiftly, offering to send a replacement just as the original arrived!
