dogstag.co.uk Reviews

Really lovely dog tags, recommend to anyone who is looking for a good service. Quick response when I queried something. All round great experience, thank you!

Easy website to use. Engraving is clear and dog tag looks great. The hook was slightly to small for the hoop designed for the tag on my dogs collar so had to clip it on another part of his collar but it works well and looks great.

Great good quality tag, just took a while to arrive.

Great quality dog tag which arrived super quickly. Very impressed with the service and would recommend!

Fab, quick, easy ordering experience. I love my little dog’s tag

Such bad quality can’t believe I’ve paid £8.90 on something that is going directly into the bin

Ordered 3 tags & they look great. Delivery did take a little longer than expected. Ordered 29th April, shipping confirmed on 2nd May which said 5-7 working days delivery but they turned up about 3 weeks after ordering. customer services was helpful when I enquired where the parcel was.

Very pleased with the 3 dog tags I've received. The engraving is lovely and deep, so the numbers/info won't wear away easily. Lovely variety of different colours and shapes of tags you can pick along side a variety of fonts you can choose.

Yes , delivery to the UK takes a little while as described on the website.but worth the wait

Excellent service. Easy to order off their website. Lots of designs to choose from.
The tag is of good quality and I am really happy with it. My doggy looks amazing and suits him and his personality. Would recommend and will order again.

So much upselling I abandoned the order. The overall design is quite garish and cutsey, fair it enough it's pet stuff but it gave it quite an AI generated vibe.

After checking here I thought they were legit and went to proceed with the order, only to be hit with three pages of extra crap they're trying to sell, including 'time limited offers, only 5 hours left'...

Still not sure whether the site is a scam, but they're skirting very close to how scam sites look and operate, and upselling like an airline.

I'll go to a shop and get a tag in person instead.

I recently ordered a dog collar and ID tag and found the customisation process on the website very straightforward. The delivery did take a while, around two weeks, but the products themselves were excellent and the quality was genuinely impressive. I’d happily buy from this store again when I’m looking for something special, though not if I needed it quickly. In today’s world, you’d expect logistics to be handled a little more efficiently so improvements could definitely be made there.

The dog tags are easy to order and you can customise the tag with different colours, shapes, motives and wording. I ordered two in case my border collie loses one whilst running around and going in the river. The pricing was also very competitive and I would certainly recommend this company

It took a little longer to receive the item but when it arrived it was great.
It is a very good quality collar and Bobby is very happy with it.

Thank you very much!

Great idea and aesthetic. Really love the wood effect. Did arrive later than expected though.

Easy to order via website. Knew exactly what the finished tag would look like. Straightforward to pay. Good confirmation. Fast delivery. Thanks.

Excellent product and customer service was brilliant even sorting a problem with delivery company easy to contact very helpful

Really good communication, excellent quality of product delivered. Item took slightly longer than expected for delivery, but they were very easy to contact and communicated well. Would order again :)

Great product, and as described. Delivery took a while but I didn’t realise it was coming from Switzerland! Would definitely buy again from them.

Great communication when I enquired when my order would be delivered. Would definitely order from here again.
