Exactly what we ordered, great quality dog collar and the name embroidered is done very well. Super pleased with our order.

This site is localizing by client origin (i.e., it reads where you are from and presents a localized version of content and domain name that they bought). I just found out after I finished ordering (SwissPost???) and became curious of others' experiences here in TrustPilot as my order has not arrived for two (2) weeks already (shipped 16 May). Even Amazon US takes shorter delivery time as default.

It’s very bad that there is no tracking option (some people will pay for speed and tracking) and delivery is very slow that this even takes 3 weeks. I have personally sent postmark when I was in Switzerland as a tourist and given they also use the same channel as Netherlands (EU) it only took 1 week. UK is 2 weeks post which is slower but not as slow as 3 weeks.

They NEED to notify both on their landing page and Delivery page that they are NOT shipping within NZ so expectations are set correctly and they don't get extremely dissatisfied buyers, rather than buried in the Contact us which is also confusing as it mentions Gibraltar. Localization is not an excuse to hide the shipping origin.

UPDATE: "If you do not receive it by 2024-6-15, please let us know and we will resend it to you or process the refund." Impossible that a postmark mail TAKES A MONTH. I never have experienced a postmark mail sent to me that takes a month anywhere in the world unless it got lost already. Seller should have mentioned in their page that it takes up to a month if that is actually the case. Seller is very very disappointing.

I assumed I was ordering from a NZ company because the domain name is .co.nz. Turns out the company is in Gibraltar and uses Swiss Post to send the item....three weeks later, I am still waiting. I was told delivery is "out of their hands" and I just have to wait. Wouldn't recommend.

These are absolutely fantastic! Easy to order great options available from size to style. Sturdy, beautiful, great price and fast shipping. Highly recommend! Gives our girl a wee bit of personalisation (and bling 😉) great fast communication too.

Tags are a little larger than I expected but they are super cute. Arrived well packaged and in good condition. I would definitely purchase these again in the future

The tag was just as I had ordered and looks great on my dog. I did have concerns that it hadn't arrived so I emailed them and I received a quick and very friendly reply to my email. The tag then arrived a couple of days later. I was very happy with the communication I received and was glad that my tag had arrived and was just what I wanted.

Dog tag looks great, nice and shiny. Didn't realise this was not an NZ business as website is .co.nz, so postage took nearly a month, although I guess was busy Christmas period.

Mydogtags company has been very nice to deal with. I had sent in 2 orders, one being an error on my part. I was very impressed when I received an email from Anna asking me if it was an error and would I like to cancel it. They emailed me when my order was ready and I was happy with my dog tag. I purchased a clip for the dog tag and it broke in a week. Mydogtags has refunded me my money for that purchase. I'm a happy customer.

Was skeptical at first with the fact that I thought I was buying within New Zealand but after completing & paying for my order found that it was coming from Switzerland via SwissPost, and then I read some of the negative reviews posted. If the company had been more upfront with its origins and stated the delivery time to NZ was approx 3-4 weeks then I would’ve given 5 stars (order placed 2 Dec, parcel received 29 Dec). The 2 tags and dog collar I received were exactly as described on the website, so very happy with the quality products. The online ordering system was really good and was great to be able to see how the tag’s end result would look. If they make changes to their wording on their website to make it more transparent for the customer, then this company should be receiving more positive reviews in the future.

Like all the other reviews, this site is totally and deliberately misleading. It is NOT a NZ company, and the delivery times are an utter lie. My (paid for) order has not arrived, and I have had no answer to emails about it. This has to be an International Scam

The tag is exactly what we wanted and when I had concerns that it hadn't arrived, I received a prompt and friendly reply to my email and the tag then arrived a couple of days later. Very happy with it and the comms I received.
