The delivery took a little longer than expected but it did arrive and I am very happy with the tag. The engraving is clear and well done and the colour is nice a bright. I received a warm and friendly response from Michelle when I queried the delivery time. Overall, I am happy with their service and product.

It’s not a NZ company even tho the website is .co.nz and in NZD BUT when my order didn’t arrive they shipped another one asap and that one arrived in about 3 weeks. The people I was emailing were super helpful and polite and the tag I got is absolutely perfect and definitely worth the wait.

Didn't know the orders were shipped from Switzerland (my bad), so it took longer than I expected. But the product itself is great. We feel that our dog has a cool brand name. Communications with them is great, good to have prompt response

A shame not a NZ based company as it seems on the website when ordering. Customer service was great and the products are good however.

Like others, the .co.nz. $NZD pricing and ships by 'NZ Post' was incredibly misleading. No tracking number or way to check status of the parcel beyond it being 'shipped'. Incredibly misleading, would be better off buying local or getting them from the mall. Spent $60 on 4 tags and have no idea when they'll arrive. It's been well over the '5-7 working days' quoted on their website.

A bit of a delay with delivery(Christmas delays) but after contacting them, I got a quick reply and was resolved.

Waiting a month now. No delivery. No tracking number. No reply to request for refund or tracking info.

You'd be better to get your tags made locally.

Took a lot longer to receive than thought it should, but very happy with the product, they could not trace the tag as it was sent by post, but were very responsive to emails, would recommend and use again.

The dog tag looks great. My inquiry was responded to quickly. I would use Mydogtags again and would happily recommend them to others.

Happy with the dog tags! Great communication and customer service too. Shipping took a little longer due to covid but they arrived and am happy with my purchase.

Great friendly service. Parcel never arrived due to an error when ordering which was of no fault of theirs however they still choose to resend the order anyway at no cost. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.

I thought they were a new Zeland company but they are not, have not received my dog tags yet. I sent them an email and they said they would send me my order again, I waiting to see what happens, the order was put in on the 5th of March, no sign of any dog tags was received on the 8th of April,
