Very bad service. Hidden costs of € 39,00 pro Month. Terrible!

Don't go near this company. I filled in an assessment online for a charge of £1.95, meanwhile I was signed up for a "subscription" of £29.95 per month without my knowledge. The confirmation email they sent me was worded so slyly that I had to read it several times before I realised. Then I looked them up on line: they are pure scammers! I have immedately cancelled the "subscription" I didn't take out in the first place... one of their bots called "Chris" is sorting it out for me. NEVER AGAIN!

Completely misleading. Paid the initial amount of £1.95 for a ADHD test which was actually quite good. They didn’t make it clear at all that 7 days later I’d be billed £29.99 as a monthly fee.

Luckily Monzo bank flagged this as a potentially fraudulent transaction and gave me the chance to block it.

You pay a tiny fee to get the personality test, and then find out you're being charged monthly without your consent or knowledge. Dishonest and terrible. Whoever runs this business should be ashamed of themselves for what they are doing to customers.

If you've been scammed by personality.co with hidden recurring charges, here's what you can do to fight back:

1. File a complaint directly with the Bulgarian consumer protection authority (the company is registered there):

2. Contact the European Consumer Centre Bulgaria — they handle cross-border disputes and can advise on your options:

The more of us who report this, the harder it is for them to ignore. Takes 5 minutes, please do it, chatgpt or claude can write the email for you.

WHAT A CON. I took and paid for a ADHD report for a friend. Paid £1.95 for the full report, By paying that I automatically signed up to a £29.99 subscription service. I paid for a report not a subscription. They are based in Bulgaria and Florida so just another marketing get rich quick scheme. If they truly understand the pain they are causing to people with mental health issues they should be assumed,

Do not touch them! Like other users, did a personality test which signs you up for a hidden monthly fee of $59.95AUD. I tried resetting my password to cancel - but even after trying to reset twice, their portal keeps saying "wrong password". I would assert this is part of their disreputable and unethical practices. Directors and persons that operate companies that conduct themselves like this should be punished and banned.

Total SCAM - very cleverly devised to allow them to get your credit-card/bank details and then abuse them. WHAT'S WORSE IS: the banks and card companies know it's a scam but carry on accepting their charges and refuse to treat them as the fraudsters they are, instead insisting that you, the victim, bear the cost. Effectively they are in cahoots with the scammers! Makes one's blood boil!

Site says it's free, but it isn't. They want to force you to pay $2 for your report. But the real purpose is to signed you up on a subscription, where they will sting you for sure.

The test and the results they are wanting to give may be real and accurate enough to give an indication based on your question answers, but it's clear this website exists to unknowingly trick you into paying a small fee, which then looks to add you to their subscription plan. And that's where they will sting you, since there's no mention of a subscription or its price.

It looks like it will sign you up for that subscription too without an account so not sure how easy it will be to unsubscribe. I only noticed because the small text was suggesting a subscription and not a one time payment.

I'd still consider this to be a scam even if the service the offer is real and it might be, but it's the sneaky subscription that hopefully you don't notice is what is say is the real scam. Be a lot more than $2, no doubts

You spend time doing their test with no mention at all that it will cost you then at the end to get the results you have to pay.

Total utter scam. Unbelievable tthey are allowed to trade in this day and age.

Total scam. I paid 0.5 euros to download the tests. I never subscribed or anything, nor I got any email about that. And then, one week after I am charged 40 euros in my bank account.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Total scam. I did the free personality test, received my info, and failed to read the content of the email. I was signed up for a subscription at almost £30 per month. I noticed it on my bank transactions on the second month and contacted to cancel and request my money to be refunded. The guy at the other end agreed to do it. But didn't refund!
I now notice that the subscription was still coming off my bank account. A total of almost £100. I am a 70 year old pensioner.
I tried to cancel and get my money back today and the responses were offhand, unhelpful and downright rude.

What looks like a cheap or “free” personality test turns into a €39.95/month subscription. The membership information is only shown in extremely small text, which makes it easy to miss. I never had the clear impression that I was signing up for recurring payments, yet multiple charges followed.

Customer experience feels misleading rather than transparent. Important pricing details should be obvious and clearly explained before payment — not hidden behind tiny disclaimers.

I strongly advise others to read every line carefully before entering payment details, because this setup can cost you much more than expected.

Absolute scammers, they charge you an initial £1.95 then you get charged £29.95 monthly. I contacted them about the first payment and they said they don’t charge anything as it’s a free site. Report scam to bank obviously they have cancelled my card to prevent any future payments and hopefully I will be refunded. Please do not use this site

This is a scam, pay £1.95 then a recurring monthly £29.50 for nothing, not advised its recurring.

Be careful - They tell you that the cost is $1.95. Then your credit card starts getting costly monthly deductions and they will only refund the last charge. The information they provide is not professionally endorsed and there are many people that complain of getting the monthly charges without awareness this will occur.

Scammers . They are still scamming my daughter out of money . We have changed bank cards etc and can not stop the payments

Absolute SCAM there is no mention of them taking £30 prior to paying the £1.95 initial cost, they know what they’re doing as it’s so very easily missed at the bottom of the email in small print AFTER you pay the £1.95 NOT before. I am not sure how they are getting away with this but it’s disgusting.
