Like so many others, made the mistake of giving card number for $1 charge for test results and then got $29.99 unauthorized charge. Worst part is my bank declined, confirmed with me it was not authorized but then CLOSED my credit card (that I have had for YEARS) and sent a new one. HOURS of figuring out all the places I now have to update after YEARS of autopay setups. Oof. Warning everyone to avoid scammy personality.co.

They truly are crooks! I used their service for a free personality test, and ended up 6 months later being billed 49,95$ per month without any receipt or confirmation like any responsible company would do! Amazon, Apple,cabole companies etc all give a receipt when they pick in your accounts!I tried to have my refund, and they promised they would give me one month back per their ''illegal'' and fraudulous terms of service.

Back in September contacted to cancel. Received $13.00 refund. On Sept 25, charged $28.80 and charged $28.80 on 10/21/2025 again as well.

They subscribed me for membership even I cancelled the membership. They charged me $29.95 each month for 8 months! Bunch of scammers and fraudsters!

It is a total scam, credit card details and "initial" or "once off" fee is to get access to your credit card and load a monthly subscription. My initial fee was R39.00 and the monthly subscription fee that they loaded was R559.00! These guys need to go to jail.

Poor ethics in how they charge customers. Avoid using them

Complete scam. How is this legal? The subscription was in the small print. I thought I was paying 1.99 for a report. I only picked it up several months later and they are only offering to refund me for one time

My fault for not reading the small print. I cancelled the “subscription” after they debited £29.25 from my credit card, and immediately requested a refund. They agreed and returned the money. Lucky I spotted the transaction!

This is a joke, what a scam. I just noticed that I’ve been charged for months without explicit consent, Beware!!!!

A mí también me han estafado, y me he dado cuenta 9 meses más tarde, yo que miro siempre la cuenta no me he dado cuenta porque hago muchas compras online..me siento idiot*. Ya he cancelado la tarjeta y la suscripción en la web. Les he enviado un email aunque doy por hecho que no van a devolver nada. ¿Como estáis gestionando la denuncia colectiva? Veo que hay opiniones de hace bastante tiempo, ¿Me podéis informar de cómo está el tema? Gracias

As others have said, a total scam. I have informed my bank to investigate. They took £29.95 out twice, I never noticed the first time.

No se si hay alguna forma de que hagan la devolución del dinero , pero si iniciais sesion en su pagina web en configuración hay un apartado de suscripción, desde ahi podeis cancelarla para que no sigan cobrando.

This is scam. I payed for a BIG FIVE test and got a standard text from the Enyagram as test result. In addition I was unaware that I was enrolled in a subscription that reneved itself automatically and it costed 339 Norwegian kroner.
In addition it was impossible to log on to the website. I ordered new passwords, all of them were wrong.

What a scam, can't believe they took subsequent payments unauthorised. Disgusting organisation and totally unethical. Can't imagine working for these scam artists. Unprofessional and block them at yout bank.

Don't buy anything from them, it's a scam! Same as the others write: I bough a cheap (about 2 EUR) online test. Then they started to draw an expensive (about 30 EUR) monthly subscription fee from my account without any notification, authorization, or chance to cancel it. I'm now blocking these transactions with the help of my bank.

I paid €1.95 to download a personality report, only to find out later that I had been enrolled in a subscription without my explicit consent. Technically, this was mentioned in a confirmation email — but the way it was written made it look like one of those generic emails no one reads. And that’s the point: it was intentionally vague and buried, designed to make you overlook the fact that you’d be charged again.

This is not just poor communication — it’s manipulative by design. If your business model depends on users not noticing they’ve subscribed, then something is seriously wrong.

A completely unethical approach that erodes trust. Stay away.
