Somehow I stupidly gave them £1.95 for an enneagram report
Then they stole 2 payments of £29.95 from me via Apple Pay.
Googled companies house - address is a car park in Salford.
These people are fraudsters

심리분석도 너무 형편없고 뜬금없이 내 계정이 생길 이유가 뭘까 생각하던 찰나, 기분이 쎄해서 자세히 보니까 달마다 4만원 구독돼있네ㅋㅋㄱㅋㅋ 아마존 회장도 그따위 구독료는 안낸다.
바로 구독취소했음ㅉㅉ

Like others have said this is a total scam. However when I did this I didn't use my main account, I used a second account which doesn't have a lot of money in it (thankfully). So naturally this account declined the payment so their £30 fraud charge didn't go through.

I was so shocked looking at my banking app and seeing the payment attempt from this company. I cancelled my subscription straight away and hopefully that is the end of this ridiculous matter. What an awful company, such a poor way to scam people out of their money smh.

Beware as this company is using a genuine company’s details to obtain cash.

Me ha pasado exactamente lo mismo que al resto de comentarios. Si estáis dentro de los 14 primeros días desde que se formalizó la suscripción podéis solicitarles la cancelación y devolución de los importes cobrados (a mi fueron 40€) en base al derecho de desistimiento, según lo establecido en la Directiva 2011/83/UE sobre derechos de los consumidores y su transposición al ordenamiento jurídico español (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).

A mi me han respondido justo ahora de que me van a devolver el dinero, mandadles un correo a soporte con esta argumentación, a mi me lo ha hecho directamente el chatgpt y de maravilla, a ver ahora cuanto tarda en llegarme el dinero...

You approve a small payment of around £1 then in the fine print it’s a subscription for £30 a month, as soon as I noticed I tried to dispute with my bank, because it’s in pending I can’t yet, they told me to try to dispute it with the company, I sent them a strongly worded email and had a generic email back of a cancelled subscription, I have sent another strongly worded email wanting the first payment of £30 back, noting that if they do not refund me I will dispute through my bank and get the money back regardless, waiting on a response, but do not fall for the trap.

They signed me up with no warning for $59.95 per month after I paid for the $1.95 test through apple pay, somehow, and also they made me complete the trustpilot review before I could download my results, so I had no "real" experience to that point, but was worried that if I gave a bad review, I may not get my report for my client, after ALREADY paying, and then I could not download it anyway, and now I still cannot download my results, there is no option for download on their site, it looks legit, but I don't think it is, I am a smart dude, I know how to navigate a site etc, and I read before I pay, so I don't know quite how this got under my radar, very deceiptful, may God have mercy on their souls, and there is no contact info on the site either, I am lucky I only got away with $1.95 through apple pay, it could have been a lot worse, how is this allowed, trust pilot says their email is info"at symbol"personality.cc but their site ends in .co, so you would never know, a bit dodgey I suspect, the test is good, but I can only access it on screen, no download feature, a little let down am I.

Started taking nearly £30 a month out of my account unauthorised. I am so angry. I never signed up to a subscription or set up a direct debit! This website needs shutting down. Con artists!

I think this is a scam. You pay €1.95 for a personality test but then get billed for a subscription every month of €39.95. Luckily I checked my account as you receive no email or notice that they are going to bill you. I also haven’t even used there product except for the test which I didn’t find very useful.

I paid the 1.95 USD for the test results. Great.
I then looked at the 1 star ratings, cuz I was curious.
Saw issues with money. People being charged 30 USD a month later without being told.
I looked in my profile, what do you know, I was going to lose 30 USD in 2 months.

Don't use them. They cleverly hid the subscription information and started taking out £29 a month with no notice. I didn't get any receipts or subscription emails to alert me or I would have cancelled it straight away. I wouldn't have the initial test if this was clear.

Scam, avoid. Bought £1.95 services and 2 months later, took £29.95 from me! If I subscribed why didn’t you take last month payment too? Why took payment 2 months later!!

Bought a one time product and as added unknowingly to monthly subscription just like everyone else here.

SCAM. They Stole €39,95 for a subscription I never subscribed for. Plain thieves

Huge scam.
They charged almost 50 euros from my card.
There was no information about any subscription when I filled out the test. Scam!!
I emailed them and asked for a refund, but they just sent back a template response without even reading my issue. I blocked my bank account because I don’t want more money disappearing from it. I’m also going to file a report with the police.

They started a subscription without letting me know.
