SCAM took 30USD WITHOUT PERMISSION, it activate a membership without letting u know

TOOK Money (R559) off my account after i purchased a R39 report. they took money for a subscription that i did not subscribe to, there is no way of contacting them to report. SCAMMERS!

Got charged for 30 pounds for nothing. Such a scam

Per chi avesse ricevuto lo stesso trattamento segnalato anche negli altri commenti, controllate lo spam. Anche a distanza di tempo potrebbe arrivare una mail che indichi che avete richiesto abbonamento (anche se non lo avete chiesto davvero). Nella stessa mail troverete mail e password con cui fare login sul sito.
Da lì potete entrare nel profilo personale e disdire abbonamento e vi arriverà anche conferma della disdetta via mail.
Non so se rimborseranno mai i soldi già persi, ma almeno si ha maggiore garanzia dell'annullamento per il futuro.
Almeno io ho appena fatto cosi, speriamo bene.
Ho comunque anche scritto alla mail di supporto, per non lasciare intentato nulla.

Scam! You pay $1.90 for the test without really understanding that you’re signing up for a monthly subscription of $59.99 AUD. Extremely disappointing!!!!!!

Scam where they put a $30 subscription in some fine print…all for some damn worthless report. $30 is ridiculous for their “premium features” got charged for 2 months before I noticed. Too bad leaving this review does nothing

Yeah - it’s really not clear you’re signing up
for a monthly subscription when on the site.

The email does tell you, but at the bottom and easy to miss. I had filed the report to read later and at no point was the subscription mentioned when doing the initial quiz.

Really disappointing and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Have now cancelled (which was straightforward to be fair) - but £30 down first.

Feel conned which isn't pleasant.

Kann mich dem Feedback nur anschließen. Es handelt sich um einen Scam. Man wird mit einer Einmalzahlung von 0,50€ in ein Monatsabo gelockt, ohne, dass das erkenntlich ist. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit das Unternehmen zu kontaktieren. Auf Kontaktanfragen reagieren sie nicht. Es bleibt als Option nur den Kreditkartenbetreiber zu informieren und die Zahlung zu widerrufen.

SCAM - charged me when I didn’t even know it was a subscription, as others have said they bait you with a $1.90 charge to get results and there is no obvious mention of subscription. Essentially a bait and switch. They have deceptive user experience and business practices. They cancelled it after they pushed through months of charges. If they refund me I will change this review to reflect that but based on what I’m reading that won’t happen. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Update 2/4: After blocking the payment with my bank and an email specifically telling their customer service to refund me, cancel the subscription that I didn’t not sign up for, delete my personal data from servers, and that I’d be filing a complaint they did refund me. Hope this helps someone else experiencing this issue. Email so it’s on record, don’t call their customer service number.

Big time scam. They make you pay more and won’t refund you. Disgusting slimy company.

Now at over 159 pounds for this total scam that I cannot seem to cancel. They keep charging me.

Absolute scam
If you signup for a 14-day access, you will quickly realise that it is nothing more than an excuse to charge you for a full subscription. You see, hidden in the T&Cs is the proviso that once the 14 days have elapsed, they are free to charge you for a monthly subscription - even if you have not necessarily consented to this subscription.
Now, the eagle-eyes among you will note that this seems very much like the common free trial practices in the modern markets. However, there's a catch: Personality's "free" trial is not free at all. You have to pay £1.95 for your "free trial" and then find yourself being charged the additionally £30 for the monthly subscription. An absolute outrage!
