They first say it's free, you waste your time taking the test and then they charge you. They don't charge the $2 they charge $67 and you can't get through to customer service. Personality.co

It claims to be free so you spend 15 mins answering questions and then tell you that you must buy your results to see them? So its not free at all? Terrible, DO NOT USE. Borderline scam.

They put up a personality test that costs 0.50c to do. Without any mention of it, the next day you get hit with a 47.50 EUR "Subscription" cost. That will continue to go out each month. You are not told you're being subscribed to anything, you do not get any "Order confirmation" email notice - you just think you're paying 50c... until the next time you check your credit card statement.

In google they are saying: Are you ENFJ, INFP or other? - Take The Free Test
But in the end you have to pay.

Hice un test de 0,50 € y se quedaron los datos de la tarjeta y al cabo de un mes me cobraron 47,50€, sin previo aviso. Son unos estafadores, no te avisan de que al hacer ese primer test lo toman como una suscripción y se quedan grabados los datos de pago.
Ni se os ocurra hacer el test ni pagar en esa página, que es una estafa.

When a whole company marketing strategy is based on a lie you would do well to assume that the results you get cannot be trusted. One day karma catches up to everybody the marketing here is also legally dubious. How about not lying and offer customers a useful service and you will have far more success . This is the blueprint of almost every successful company. I guess the back alley scammers here are happy earning a few bucks scamming rather then offering anything of value to anybody . If you are a representative of this company reading this you would do well to listen to me

They blatantly lie about the free test. After answering all the questions, they try to charge you for the results. AVOID THEM!

Es una ESTAFA total. Te cargan un costo por un test de 19dolares y después te cargan sin que tú apruebes nada una cantidad de 40 dólares. Metí una reclamación al banco y no se hacen responsables. Te quitan tu dinero sin autorización y sin pedir los permisos. He buscado demandar y no he sabido cómo se hace. Tiene que parar a esta empresa que roba y nadie asume la responsabilidad. Es una estafa total

They don’t tell you that there is a £0.50 charge to get the results. And that is after you give them your email address so they (or whoever they sell your data to) can spam you.

Sito TRUFFA, ho effettuato il test della personalità e dopo 20 minuti (al termine) mi è stato chiesto di pagare 50 centesimi. L’ho fatto perché non volevo pensare di aver sprecato 20 minuti su un test senza aver un risultato quindi ho pagato.
Il giorno dopo h hanno provato ad effettuare un pagamento di 47,50 euro ma fortunatamente non avevo credito sufficiente.
Dal panico ho bloccato subito la carta e ho annullato l’iscrizione (che non avevo richiesto ma a quanto pare si attiva appena fai il pagamento dei 50 centesimi) dal sito.
ATTENZIONE NON FIDARSI

Esta empresa que inicialmente me ha cobrado 0,5 euros después me han cargado 4750 que es una suscripción mensual de la que no hablan o al menos no te informan adecuadamente

Dieser Test ist nicht nur wirklich schwach und für niemanden geeignet, am Ende muss man auch 50 Cent bezahlen. Und am nächsten Tag berechnen sie Ihnen 47,50 Euro. Das sind Betrüger, die Geld erpressen

After you complete a very generic personality test and pay 0.5$ to get the results, you'll be charged additional 47.5$ in a subscription fee after 24 hours of the initial payment, if you don't unsubscribe you'll be charged every month. The test itself is in no way a profesional test that could actually tell you any useful insight about your mental health diagnosis. Don't fall for this scam and avoid at all costs!

Edit: Read their terms of conditions point 6.2. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of the subscription start date, they refunded my money within 24 hours of me receiving a reply from their support.
