Fraud. They charged 0.50c euros and next say tried to charge 47,50euros
Only after a careful review of their website have I realised that they have a full time subscription, which automatically starts 24 h after paying 0.50 EUR for downloading a report.
For those of you who want a refund of the 47.50, read thier Terms of Sales. ARTICLE 6, Paragraph 6.2 explains how to file for a refund

As everyone payed 0,50 euros then got charged 47,5 the next day without accepting nothing I don't know how to take back my money now.

All of u shd open a claim on ur credit card and they will return ur money after verifying the facts!

Ci sono cascata anche io, per fortuna mi sono accorta dopo 2 mesi, il primo riaccredito l’hanno effettuato, il secondo ancora no, nonostante io non abbia fatto altri test oltre al primo da 0,50 cent.
Nel loro sito potete disdire l’abbonamento che non avete mai sottoscritto, e iniziate a sollecitare per il rimborso via e-mail a contact .mpbig @ gmail.com
Mi rendo comunque disponibile se si vuole avviare una causa collettiva.
Io attendo i termini per poi procedere singolarmente se non effettuano il secondo rimborso.

Capisco che devi pagare dopo che hai utilizzato il tempo per fare il test. Sembra una truffa

The same thing happened to me. When you pay the 50c they make it seem like it’s a once off payment. The conditions really aren’t clear. I’ll try to fight them on it but I might have to cut my losses. Gutted.

I took a personality test with this "company" and was charged €0.50 but the following day a further €47.50 was fraudulently taken from my account . I'm absolutely gutted and annoyed with myself for not reading the reviews beforehand as I usually do . Total scam .Avoid at all costs

Vorrei poter dare un punteggio 0. Si tratta di una truffa in piena regola. Ti fanno scegliere se fare il test una tantum a 0,50€ o sottoscrivere un abbonamento inutile a 47,50€. Pur scegliendo la prima ipotesi, attivano a prescindere l’abbonamento mensile. Non vi arriva nessuna mail di conferma da parte loro se non quella dei risultati del test. Ci si rende conto della truffa solo tramite il proprio conto in banca. Io me ne sono resa conto, per una mia disattenzione, dopo 3 mesi. Ho quindi bruciato 142,50€. Come consigliato da altri utenti ho chiesto il rimborso e la disattivazione del servizio, mi hanno risposto che mi avrebbero rimborsato l’ultima mensilità perché ero ancora nei 14gg di tempo per annullarla, ma io non ho mai ricevuto il rimborso. Aggiornerò la recensione in caso di novità

Ein Test für 50 Cent wurde unbemerkt in ein Abonnement für 47,50 € umgewandelt.

I was looking for a BPD test and clicked on an ad. The ad advertised the test as validated by psychiatrists but the test questions had nothing to do with BPD and were fairly generic. After completing the test, to my surprise, I was requested to pay $0.50 to get the results. Little did I know that I was signing up for a monthly subscription to the tune of $50/month. Not only wasn't it clear that this is a recurring subscription but also, there doesn't seem to be any way to cancel it. I have called my bank to cancel my credit card immediately. I wish I had read the many other reviews similar to mine.

También pensé que era 0.50, pero de hecho es una suscripción (47.50) que casi no se nota. Me han quitado más de 200 euros en los últimos 4 meses! Intenté contactarlos, pero no obtuve respeuesta. Inaceptable.

I answered the questions and after 30min I was happy to finally finish and receive my results and then they asked me for my credit card number. Not only did they waste my time, but they also wanted to rip me off.

FRAUD!!!

I did the personality test and they make you think that it only cost 0.5€, then they proceed to ask for your card information and the following day they pulled 47.5€ from the card!!! Nowhere did they mention that you would sing up for this, they just want to trick you into getting your card info…

Luckily my bank saw the transaction as fraudulent and declined the transaction, and unfortunately I had to terminate the card.. but I see others haven’t been so lucky..

Lo mismo, llevan cobrándome 47´50 tres meses. Estafa.

SCAM!!! Paid the €0.50 for the personality test then they tried taking another €47.50 from my bank account. Luckily Revolut noticed this was fraudulent activity and blocked the transfer.
Be careful of this site. Absolute scam.

Basically a massive scam. They write in the small text that you're also agreeing to pay for something else, some sort of subscription i think. Luckily I realized that I got scammed the same day because my bank notified me about it being a suspicious transaction, and it blocked the payment so I didn't have any issues with actually having money taken off my account. I had to cancel my card and order a new one which is annoying. Basically don't trust it even though the website looks legit.
