E' una truffa, possibile che nessuno intervenga. Sei adescato con 50 centesimi per un test e ti prelevano 47,50 al mese dalla carta di credito.

I concur with comments below regarding a 0.50 cent online test to find them presenting a subscription charge of €47.50 from my account the next day. Thankfully my bank blocked it. When I queried it, they told me my subscription had been cancelled by them which was a lie. I cancelled it via their website which I don’t trust will happen either. I asked them to confirm no money would be taken from my account to receive a smiley face as a response. This is deplorable. Google should have better screening systems. Fraudulent scammers are using their platform to steal from people.

I never intentionally signed up for an abo but apperantelly I did and now I'm 550€ poorer than I was before this experience.
But I mean I never checked my bank account since June 2023 so it's kinda fair I never noticed it.
Learned a valuable lesson there. :(
I'm now in contact with my bank and update when I get the results.

Absolute scam website, just realised they’ve had €200 off me since before Christmas. Did the initial test but unwillingly signed up to the subscription when getting the results. I’ve bought it up with my bank but doubt they’ll be able to get anything back.

I did one of their tests and at the end was asked to pay 0.50€ to see the results. As it was a low amount for the time I had already spent doing the test I decided to pay it. One day later they take 47,50€ from my account, when I never paid for a monthly prescription.
Don't trust! They are doing this on purpose!

Good service in terms of refund and reply to emails. Their website didn't work that well though which is why I asked for a refund the moment I realised it wasn't for me.

Regarding all the others saying all that about them taking 44€ or something from their account is just those who didn't see the highlighted tos where it says there's a 24 period trial for 0,5€

imbarazzante, faccio un test a pagamento 0,50 e mi ritrovo adebbitato dopo 3 mesi 47,50 euro.
sto leggendo le varie recensioni e seguo nei commenti come fare per avere un rimborso e annulare abbonamento, sono senza parole, mi sono inervosito molto, provo molta rabbia e mi sento truffato, ma perchè? mi fermo qui se no prendo il decollo di insulti

Scam, small 0.50c charge then 2 days later they tried to take €47. Blocked. Complete scam and the personality test is a pile of 💩 also.

THEY TOOK A SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY AT FIRST BUT THEN TOOK 213PLN (54$) FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ☹️☹️☹️☹️ I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE IM POOR NOW 😢😢😢😢

Its a fraud website. They tried to charge my card without my permission.

Credo non si debba mai fare nessun test se non è dichiarato gratuito .

They make it seem like the personality test is a $0.50 one-off purchase, hiding the small print cleverly in their UX.

Then they started taking £41/month, which I didn't notice until 3 months in at which point, they told me their Ts&Cs state I have 14 days to ask for a refund and it is now past that date.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DISGUSTING UNETHICAL COMPANY!!!!!
