Scam site. They retained my card details without permission and attempted to randomly charge me €39.95 a week after I authorised a €1.95 charge for a personality test. Thankfully Revolut caught it and declined the payment request.

SCAM... Paid £1.95 for a one off test - and a few days later they have now taken out £29.95 as a reoccurring charge, and I've had to contact my bank to cancel the payment and put a block against any further payments.

The reality is that people are doing 'Autism tests' and the company is using that as a opportunity to steal money from people with potential mental disabilities.

The system is extremely unfriendly as it is made it difficult to recognize that the service is a subscription at the time of registration.
The information is hidden at the bottom of the initial order confirmation email purposely making it easy to miss.

This is a SCAM. It signs you up to a hidden subscription of £29.95 EVERY 4 WEEKS. It asks many questions and then charges a small amount for the results that are available for 7 days BUT if you don't cancel (it must be well hidden) it then charges you LOTS. Though they have agreed to cancel and refund this month but I lost out last month.

a total scam. They will get your banking info and sell your personal information to third parties and never ending nightmare.

I paid for a sample report and 100$ scammed and trying my best to stop the carnage.

Completely misleading SCAM

They lure you into clicking for $1.95, I clicked for 1 report and got charged for multiple of them and sneakily got signed up for a monthly membership without my knowledge. Nor did they send a notification or anything to inform that they were deducting $59 and signing me up to the subscription. COMPLETE SCAM. The wesbite needs to be shut down.

I just found out that Personality.co charged my card 30 dollars four times!. I never signed up for any subscription, I only did a one-time personality test.

I’ve already contacted the company and my bank to dispute the charges and requested a chargeback, so now I’m waiting to see the outcome.

Just a heads up for anyone using this site—watch your card statements carefully, because I had no idea this was happening.

I paid €1.95 for an online personality test. After this payment, I received an email stating that a subscription of €39.95 every 4 weeks had started automatically, unless cancelled.
I did not knowingly subscribe to a recurring service and the subscription terms were not clearly presented at the moment of payment. The renewal information only became explicit after the transaction.
As a result, recurring charges appeared on my bank statement under “personality.co”.
EU consumers should be aware that this appears to be a subscription model that is not sufficiently transparent. Check your bank statements carefully and cancel immediately if this happens.

Scammed by this company. Paid $2 for a report, ended up noticing a monthly subscription had been taken out of my account $180 later.
Worst thing is the report was not even worth $2

It's £1.95 for a personality test, but little do we know this then signs us up to a suibscription charging £29.99. I will be seeking aa refund. a avery shady website! Avoid!

I requested and paid for two tests at £1.95 each after responding to a pop up. One week later I find I have paid 29.95 twice and am now subscribed. I had no idea that I had subscribed simply by buying the tests. It was not clear at all. That only becomes clear once you have bought the simple test. Interestingly the 2 responses to the same test, from me and my partner, were exactly the same. We have significantly differing personalities and approaches. The tests are simply there to enable access to bank accounts in my view. Do not touch with a bargepole.

Did the exact same thing to me that they did to everyone else. £29.95 taken straight out of my account. Thankfully they’re refunding the money. My account will be deleted immediately after that

Same as everyone. I took a free online test and then charged £29.99 without agreeing.

I have cancelled the subscription, hopefully it works.

Looked like I was making a one time 2$ fee to view a file from test questions. They went and charged me 29$ for a subscription. The subscription is so you can run 20 tests. The test are individual to one person. It’s all a scam. I hope they get what’s coming to them

Scam artists now operating the site personality.co as well. And others. Do not pay for personality tests, you will be robbed for months afterwards.

Dreadful scam or fraud. They deduct small amount then use your card details to deduct £29.95 monthly. They sent one email only I missed opening to confirm this. So now lost £200.00 as just realised after six months. I'm using my bank to dispute and complain and get money back. Don't give in! Dispute it using your bank if this happens and I advise you to avoid their services.
