Excellent service, prompt delivery.
I have, sorry, had, squirrels in the attic, doing gymnastics at bedtime. Very disruptive.
I tried smelly things, but that just made my bedroom smell of mothballs. Very disruptive. Again.
I hardly dare write this, but (whisper) no more squizzies thundering around, no more smells. Now zzzzz no problem. Thank you!

Devices work very well if not placed with just the top showing. Lawn mower damages them. This time (2nd order) I will insert 1/2 way in the ground.

I have 3 devices, and when there were many mice, now there are none. Great product.

I tried everything (including top of the line sprays) to rid my apartment from a floor wide (4 other apartments) infestation of bed bugs. I could not use a fogger as it would have set of a fire alarms. Never dealt with anything like this at all. A friend told me of Pestlab and it's product. I purchased several, plugged them in and voila, within 6 days my apartment is bed bug free. I am never unplugging them.

INEFECTIVE DOES NOT WORK IN THE HOUSE ALSO BROUGHT 6 OUTDOOR ONES STILL NOTHING. MORE FLEAS NOW. CANT RETURN . DID NOT GET A RECEIPT OR INVOICE IN EITHER SHIPMENT. I AM OUT OVER $140.00 BUYER BEWARE.

So far this seems to be working. I do think I still have one mouse in the house that can’t seem to escape because I have plugged up holes and I still feel like he’s here but other than that I feel like this device is perfect.

I received the petsmart product on time .
No problems to set it up.
Everything was explained on the internet.

I used these devices in my basement and so far no spiders, scorpions or Asian beetles. Fingers crossed these continue to work.

Very easy to use. Just plug in and they start working. So far, working as advertised.

These units are amazing. I had some stubborn mouse issues in my mud room and tried traps. I can't use poison as I have pets.

Plugged 1 unit in and no more mice!

Had sugar ants issues and these seem to eliminate the problem

This time of year mice are looking for a winter home. Last year we were infested with them. Since placing your device we have seen "zero mice"! Thank you.

Was skeptical about something so cutting edge, but since plugging them in. My fur babies are resting better and itching less. Plus I have seen 2 huge spiders but none since using your devices. I am extremely glad I took the chance. Thank you for such a remarkable outcome.

I've been using the device for a few weeks and haven't seen any evidence of mice, so I am very pleased!

Ordered 9 of these. They came in, I plugged them all in in different rooms as instructed. Waited, saw no results. Luckily, I had kept the boxes, because in their fine print THEY DONT TELL YOU ON THE FRONT SIDE it says you have to send it back in its original packaging.
Customer service then offers me a 30% reduction. They'll send me back 30% of my initial payment less than $50 for a refund. When I tell them that, I'm not happy with the 50. Dollars and I still would like my money back and to send the products back, they send me a return authorization slip where I have to fill this out and send it back and then I have to pay for the shipping back to them. Not a return label that is paid for but I have to out-of-pocket put more money into getting my money back. This is an entire scam. Don't waste your time, don't waste your money. Absolute trash customer service and return policy. I contacted them over a week ago. They are just now starting to email me about this return I think they were hoping to run the clock out on the 90 day return policy.

Currently using the electronic Pest Lab devices, in my basement, shed, garage and pool house. Using for about a month, and seems to be working well. They were shipped quickly. I will probably buy more if I find more places to put them.

This is not a good company I sent back the product in August 2026 they signed for the package and here we are almost October and I never received a refund I gave in the order number and they still refuse to give a refund without the tracking not a good thing so it was like giving $126 away
