Was skeptical about something so cutting edge, but since plugging them in. My fur babies are resting better and itching less. Plus I have seen 2 huge spiders but none since using your devices. I am extremely glad I took the chance. Thank you for such a remarkable outcome.

I've been using the device for a few weeks and haven't seen any evidence of mice, so I am very pleased!

Ordered 9 of these. They came in, I plugged them all in in different rooms as instructed. Waited, saw no results. Luckily, I had kept the boxes, because in their fine print THEY DONT TELL YOU ON THE FRONT SIDE it says you have to send it back in its original packaging.
Customer service then offers me a 30% reduction. They'll send me back 30% of my initial payment less than $50 for a refund. When I tell them that, I'm not happy with the 50. Dollars and I still would like my money back and to send the products back, they send me a return authorization slip where I have to fill this out and send it back and then I have to pay for the shipping back to them. Not a return label that is paid for but I have to out-of-pocket put more money into getting my money back. This is an entire scam. Don't waste your time, don't waste your money. Absolute trash customer service and return policy. I contacted them over a week ago. They are just now starting to email me about this return I think they were hoping to run the clock out on the 90 day return policy.

Currently using the electronic Pest Lab devices, in my basement, shed, garage and pool house. Using for about a month, and seems to be working well. They were shipped quickly. I will probably buy more if I find more places to put them.

This is not a good company I sent back the product in August 2026 they signed for the package and here we are almost October and I never received a refund I gave in the order number and they still refuse to give a refund without the tracking not a good thing so it was like giving $126 away

My first mowing in the spring of 2026 blew nothing but dust out of my discharge because there was no grass. I wish I had taken a before picture. I saw the ad for Pestlab sonic repellers, and it made sense to me so I ordered them. Within two weeks, the moles were gone, and the grass was growing back. This is the best product I have ever used! I had tried everything (the poison worms you drop down the hole, which I didn’t want to use so afraid one of my neighbors dogs would get poisoned) I saw an ad for a mole getter and he was gonna charge way too much money and the only thing I could figure out is he was trapping them and that didn’t work for me either.So, luckily, before I continued wasting money, I found this product 100% satisfied!!

this is a case where no evidence is the desired effect. When there are no fresh droppings , no new mouse houses, no new odors. thats what i like .

Loved the speedily DECREASE of send pests and about a week no one was getting surprised bites any longer.

I ordered three plugins and three outdoor stakes. I only received my shipment a week ago, but the plug-in is quiet and hopefully will work. However, the outdoor ground stakes make a buzzing noise every 30 seconds or so which is really irritating. I'm trying to get a refund and return them. It's only been 3 days since I messaged pestlab about my problem with the stakes and they have yet to get back to me.

Stuffed the holes and could still hear them at night. Smart enough to get the food without setting off the trap and running past the sticky strips. Kept me up at night. NOW. The peaceful quiet, and no more putter patter of their tiny feet and don’t see them at all. They’ve left the building

....I just received my devices...and im really eager to see their impact on my future pest free environment

I plugged in this product and waited to see if it would make any difference with issues and like everything else that has been suggested it doesn't work. So please don't waste your money on this garbage.

We did notice a drastic reduction in fruit flies when leaving fruit out, after 2 weeks, we have found a few live bed bugs on one of our couches. Contacted customer service and they said be patient(replied quickly) - could take up to 5 weeks (or more) to be completely rid of them. We will continue waiting.....

Haven’t seen any bed bugs since using these

I bought the devises to see if they have an effect with bats. It sure looks like it as we see much fewer droppings in the attic of our new home which we are building right now.
Of course, just plug them into receptacles and they work.

So far the bugs have been less and more cost efficient than other methods used. Glad I purchased them. Delivery was fast and efficient.

As ordered, it is just plug in and forget it.
