We were offered a full refund due to the delay, or the option to wait a bit longer.

Been using this company for many years. Prices are extremely competitive and orders are always sent out promptly. Any issues I have ever had with an order have been resolved efficiently and quickly.

This was my second order from Pet Chemist. I paid extra for expedited delivery and one week later - it is still in transit (so I am not happy). What did I pay expedited delivery for? The first delivery took 2 weeks to get to me as well, I thought maybe it was a once off. The delivery is very slow and I will not be ordering from them again.

8 days after placing an order I had been told nothing about shipping so I contacted Pet Chemist and they said that they would do their best to ship the order the following day. I have just received the delivery 12 days after order, and I don’t think that is good enough service

I still haven't received the goods!!!
If I cannot have automatic delivery on the Royal Canin gastrointestinal cat wet food 48 pouches then cancel my order for Royal Canin renal cat food as I will be paying delivery and as I have to order the gastrointestinal I will do them both at the same time.

Very easy to deal with and prompt service. There was a minor issue with the vet's paperwork and Pet Chemist quickly dealt directly with out Vet to resolve.

I ordered a repeat of my dog's prescription - Metacoxx. I explained that I have sent the original copy in my order comment. A pet chemist pharmacist / dispatcher called asking for a copy of the original copy of my vet's prescription, I told her I mailed it 4 weeks ago. She then accused me of not using the $10 registered mail in my first order. Then she said that she will call my vet and if they don't have a copy of it, I have to pay for an additional prescription. Again, I was being accused of a fraud. For goodness sake, it's just a dog's medicine, not morphine! I'm unsure if I want to use your online service in the future. It caused me a lot of stress :-(

Our fur baby is needing to be on daily medication. Our vet told us to order the medication online and suggested pet chemist online. The medication arrived within a couple days, well packed and was an easy, stress free process.
