Pet Chemist Reviews

The service is very efficient and I have an order on repeat and get plenty of messaging before it’s due which is great and everything runs smoothly so would definitely recommend

Had issue when goods arrived however was sorted promptly and without hesitation. Most helpful and much appreciated 😊

I sent through the original prescription and it has gone missing and now i wont receive vital medications with a new prescription, which i have posted.
I have dealt with these guys and unhappy with service and urgent follow up.
Call centre is overseas if you need to speak to anybody, difficult to get an actual person to speak to.

From point of order until the arrival of Roxys medication I knew exactly what was happening & where the product was on its journey.
It arrived very quickly. Pricing is fabulous
thank you

So far the service has been wonderful. I have a prescription for 600 pills. To date I have received 200. So watch this space

Easy to order and quick delivery.

My dog requires the Protexin Pro-Kolin sachets everyday as she doesn’t hold onto her protein. She loves it and it gives her, her pep! Value for money as I subscribed and they arrive in a timely manner.

I was treated with respect when I rang to place the order. The person I spoke to was polite and very helpful. The delivery was very prompt..great service..and arrived safely. Thank you.

The prescription I required was filled and dispatched very promptly. Ordering on-line was quick and easy.

I received a card to collect my PetChemist order at the Post Office, I collected, I’m happy. Thank You.

PET CHEMIST always with it orders on time no problems very good company.

We needed the medication fairly quickly and it arrived in 4 days. Super fast!

Great, fast delivery. Easy to order.

Easy to order prompt dispensing and delivery

Pet Chemists delivery service using Aramex is absolutely atrocious. Delivery is slow, updates and incorrect and then the parcel goes missing and no one can tell you where it is. Unfortunately, I won't be using Pet Chemist again for any of my pets chemist or wellness products. They used to be great for deliveries but not anymore.

I find your website very difficult to navigate.

priced well and quickly delivered

A1 From order to dispatch and delivery excellence.

Thankyou for supplying Mocha’s medication it was a lot more cost effective buying it this way.
Sadly Mocha has now passed away . Being in his meds gave us an extra 9 months & 5 days with him. He passed away in his sleep in his own bed.

The regular prescription order was received in good time, well packed. I love it that you keep a tab of when to send the next shipment!
Thank you!
