I won't be renewing
£25 admin fee applied even within first 14 days and policy statt date, otherwise its £50 to cancel. Yes it's in the terms and conditions but insurance can be confusing. First time customer but won't be staying. I hope the £25 was worth it.

As an insurance broker, we charge administration fees for the services we provide, including setting up, managing, and cancelling policies. While we appreciate that insurance terms and charges can sometimes be confusing, these fees are clearly outlined during the online purchase journey and within the policy documentation before cover is purchased. These charges cover the costs we incur as a broker when setting up policies on your behalf with insurers and aggregators.
We understand that having a cancellation fee applied, even within the cooling-off period, can be disappointing. However, the £25 charge reflects the administrative work already carried out in arranging and setting up the policy.
We appreciate your comments and are sorry that your experience has left you disappointed. Your feedback is valuable and will be taken on board.
