A frustrating and disappointing experience. It took from August to October to get a cat flap fitted. The fitter was great and used the first visit to assess the best place for the flap. I found the pricing, invoicing poor and unclear. The worst part of the experience was the scheduling process. Despite me proactively making contact several times, my conversations weren't accurately recorded. So frustrating and caused far too many delays. The fitter was great, but twice turned up hours after the 'scheduled ' time. There was very little consideration of the need to organise the fitting around availability. The general sense was the customer was 'lucky' to get it to the top of the chaotic list and get 'booked in'. Haphazard and frustrating.

We were looking to put a cat flap in a small window and although they couldn't help, rather than just say no they took the time to call me .
On the call they talked me through the options in a clear and precise way. All done knowing they wouldn't be able to do the job

Lovely installers, was quickly and nearly installed and working in minutes. Yet was a lovely installers and very helpful and understanding with dates to work around my work schedule.

Recently had a catflap fitted in my flat. Was super quick and easy and on the day, my engineer Tony, was super impressive and lovely, he had the whole job done in about 5 minutes to an excellent standard! Macy

Bought and booked a cat flap installation with them. The process was straightforward. They sent a local fitter, Terry, who came within a week to do it. The team was very helpful and Terry did a skilful job. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered our pet flap which needed to come from Belgium… it took a while to arrive in the UK but when it did we had Josh install it for us.

He had a few issues with our wall but he figured it all out and didn’t make any excuses to walk away.

Josh made the installation really easy and effortless from a customer perspective.

Terry was brilliant. He was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience purchasing the Cat Flap and Glass to go in my patio door from Pet Flaps. I'd reached out to a number of suppliers for quotes. I chose Pet Flaps because they had the most polished system with the quote being electronic and really importantly to me, itemised! The journey from the initial quote, to payment, to the finished job, I found the portal was very slick and a cut above. When I did need to email for an update on the glass, the response was timely and customer service levels were brilliant from both the central Team and from Terry, our fitter.

Excellent service. From the moment I did some research online and found a company that could fit a cat flap under certain specs, Pet Flaps UK was the only one who explained how they would go about it in detail on the first call, then followed up with an email with everything that had been explained and next steps.

For me, I was moving houses so the cat flap needed to be installed in the property I would move into, but I had to arrange it before moving in while the installation could only happen after I had moved in; I thought this was a bit complicated but the people at Pet Flaps UK (shout out to Anna who replied to all my emails just so quickly and thoroughly, answering my million questions and making the process super easy) made it a walk in the park.

Then Jimmy the installer (a super nice friendly guy) came on the day at the time he said he would, he changed the panel on the door and installed the cat flap all in less than 15min - the process was so smooth. I specially appreciate that because this all happened as I was moving home, it was not the only thing I was busy with and they all made it stress-free and easy for me.

I'm very grateful for an easy smooth experience, excellent customer service (I'd give them 10 out of 10, and would request Anna's manager and the manager of the lady who first answered the phone really note their going above and beyond!), and I have no hesitation recommending them. Easy to order and the device arrived promptly, we had a slight issue with a delay to the fitting service, but after a short call to enquire about it an apology was offered and the fitter John arrived the next day. He was great, friendly and professional. The dog flap was installed quickly with no fuss, fantastic job. Thanks.

Tony fitted out catflap this afternoon. He was great at communicating about the times he could attend. He was extremely pleasant and did a great job. We were very pleased. We are having a new home built and his rate was more competitive than our builders who are on site! Work was done neatly and all mess cleared up. Highly recommend.

Terry Hogan arrived on time after texting me of his arrival time. Upon arrival, he explained what he was going to do and kept within his stated time frame. On completion there was no mess and he answered a few questions I had with professional acumen. Very well done! I cannot praise this man enough. A credit to the company.

What can I say! Absolutely fantastic service. Josh, our fitter was so friendly and professional. We had our cat flap installed through an external wall and the expert finish was way more than I ever expected! Thank you! Josh even noticed that we were decorating and used a different sealant that would be easier to paint around!

I do have one little bit of constructive feedback regarding the online portal...after deciding to go with Pet Flaps UK and paying the deposit, I was set up on the portal. This made me think I had lost the direct communication I had received up to this point, which made me a bit dubious. I was wrong, the contact remained and it was great. Might be worth adding something on the portal to let worrisome customers like me know that we can still call/email when needed.

Great customer service I was assisted all the way from purchasing a Catflap to having it delivered and fitted. A special thank you to Tony from Sheppy who did a super job, tidying up as he went and giving me good advice after.

Thank you Josh for coming to fit the cat flaps for his Lordship. Nothing was to much trouble even when I mentioned he maybe coming out to fit a third one. He advised he would look to see if he had a spare and if he had he would fit it now.
