Easy to contact and arrange what we needed to be done. The fitter (Tony) was excellent and replaced our small cat flap through our wall with a larger one. The work has been done to a high standard and we are really pleased with it

Quality dog door, efficient company
Pet Flaps UK were helpful from start to finish. All my questions were answered very quickly and efficiently. I contacted Pet Flaps UK when my Plexidor Medium Dog Door arrived in the post and I received a call from Jimmy the installer the next morning to arrange installation. Jimmy could not have been more helpful and he did a fantastic job fitting the dog door in the wall. I'm very pleased with my experiance using Pet Flaps UK and so is my Beagle!

Efficient service and great looking door
The service was efficient and Tony the fitter booked in with me as soon as possible after collecting the glass. His communication was excellent. The fitting took less than half an hour and it looks great! I'm really pleased with the door.

Great installation
Terry came to fit and I couldn't be happier with the work. Nice man, quick and clean worker. Fantastic work all round. Would 100% recommend Terry to anyone wanting a cat flap installed.
If any feedback, it would be for the company petflaps. When I enquired, I was given the option of email, phone and WhatsApp. I emailed, and was given the details for WhatsApp and phone. I phoned, discussed my requirements, and was asked to use WhatsApp to send photos of my door. If the best option is WhatsApp, please indicate that as your primary method. I was made to feel that calling was an inconvenience and was a waste of everyone's time.
5/5 for Terry. Would definitely recommend him.

Amazing quality of work
Josh was so good. He made friends with the dogs first, fitted the dog flap with no mess or fuss. He explained how to preserve the wood and showed me how my blinds fitted back up as I had no idea. Courteous and professional- I highly recommend this company.
