You then chatted with us and asked to change from the chill chews to probiotic chews, which was set for the next billing cycle. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so we will be happy to refund your product. We just ask that instead of sending it back you donate the product to a local shelter for pups that can benefit from extra support. That's great thanks for letting us know. We are so happy cuddles loves them. As for Otto, we can suggest Crumbling it up with his regular food ,or walrapoint it with something he loves..
