Purchase of new aquarium setup.
Bought new aquarium set up staff very knowledgeable and shop very clean, over the last week returned to buy plants and today some fish. I am very pleased with thdservuxe on each visit.

Great service today from the team at the pet market. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a great atmosphere.
This was the only place locally I could find the meds I needed for my aviary birds.
Reasonably priced pet supplies also.
A great selection of items to choose from and the store is looking great with more improvements to come.

Disappointing
I am incredibly disappointed with the service from PetMarket. I ordered a Habistat cabinet and waited an entire week for delivery, despite the site advising 3-5 days, only to be told it was out of stock after I reached out to them. They were happy to take my money immediately but apparently couldn't be bothered to check their inventory or notify me. I’ve wasted a week of project time waiting for an item they never had. Unprofessional and poor communication. Still waiting for my refund to be processed.
