What a piece of shit company. I placed an order on Aug 17, 2026 and here it is Sept. 1, 2026 and no product. They never sent a tracking number. I wrote 3 emails and finally got a reply that order was lost and another order was supposedly sent out. Nope and they wouldn't respond to my 3rd email regarding my order. I called these idiots got a foreign speaker couldn't understand. Ultimately he told me there was a refund placed back on my card. Wished I would have read reviews before I wasted my time. Unbelieveable. Such shitty business practices..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Product arrived on time. No issues. Will order again!

Stuff came in Amazon box. From amazon not this company. 1 bag was damaged . Only $20 item but still requested refund for that and shipping as my amazon shipping is free. Rest of box was fine. Gave me the song and dance. Take pics ..time stamp.. ect ect. By the time i waste alĺ this effort to gather the powdered colostrum that fell out of the insealed bag i may as well move on. This was their hope also. They are drop shippers i believe for amazon.

Terrible service and I am yet to get an answer on my refund and return. The people who answered the phones are impossible to understand and hangup when asked questions. Don't order from them!!!!!!

Would give less stars if I could!!! No response to email. Phone isn't working. Ordered and paid on 29 June and no shipping updates or responses to enquiries. DO NOT USE!!!

This is my updated review. After I contacted the merchant and explained how unhappy I was with the product they offered me a full return, including the shipping charge. So they definitely took care of everything properly. It doesn’t change the quality of the merchandise, but it definitely changes my opinion of the merchant.

I ordered a stroller for my Chihuahua. It arrives. The box was already opened, and it was damaged, but worse when I opened it the stench was so strong. I started choking. Clearly whatever it is made out of is toxic. I would never put this in my house or put my pet in it made in China and real junk. I don’t know how this company sells it. I am trying to return it, but so far no luck they want me to pay for the return which will cost as much as the item.

They have refused to send a QRcode for me to return it I have sent email after email

My kitten had emergency surgery and needed a muzzle to stabilize his jaw. I accidentally ordered a size large. I immediately tried to update the order, but got ZERO response for several days to phone calls, emails and website form requests. Now, nearly two weeks later, they finally responded by email, saying to "contact them when I receive the item and they will help me." Several more emails and phone calls later, they send me a tracking number that says, "the Shipper has put a hold on the item!" I am STILL awaiting resolution. I have NEVER had such horrible service from any company anywhere at any time! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

It took a while to arrive but the dog seems to like it. Time will tell if it is effective in dealing with the dog’s plaque and tartar.

Scammers! Never received the good product and they don’t respond to email

The incorrect address for shipment somehow automatically filled in after I put in the correct shipping address and now the merchandise has not been delivered to me. I sent a letter immediately to customer support with zero response. I’ve tried calling customer support, and it sends me to a voicemail and no one called me back.

DONT I needed a specific omega 3 oil for my dog really hard to find eventually found it on Petocart however 2 weeks on nothing has arrived the tracking link is useless I have emailed them twice no reply, am calling my bank now to deal with Petocart

The site is easy to navigate. And the selection of products is amazing. Very easy to order and to get delivery to Canada

I found a product on this company’s website that I couldn’t find anywhere else.
It just arrived, packaged in an Amazon box with a price of 19.95. I paid $28.00 for it on their website.
This is no way to do business.
I sent a complaint to customer service and will update if/when I receive a response.

UPDATE: Alan promptly responded to my email, issued a complete refund and apologized profusely for what happened. He is not happy with the vendor. And has promised to get to the bottom of it.

How great is that?

To note: The Amazon receipt was attached to the outside of the box in a small, clear envelope. My guess is that most people wouldn’t notice it.

This litter box is amazing

First time customer and last time customer: I paid over $3 p can of cat food on for 20/24 cans to be BADLY damaged, dented, or dinged. Which happens when cans are shipped in very thin & small box box with little padding paper.

Took weeks to address this to completion, they had to "investigate" despite photos. I only heard back when I informed them I was shipping it back and disputing the charge. After refund was approved (they didn't want the dented cans back, so now I've got to go donate them) they followed up several emails prompting me to update this review ... then a voicemail calling to lmk how. Citing being a small business and relying on reviews etc...

Such an easy to resolve issue with most any other company from which I buy pet food.

It was a hassle through and through tbh.

I received an email response from Alan at Petocart, and he apologized for the lack of response to this request, citing technical problems on their website. He has offer to remit 50% cost of the cat tree as compensation for all the inconveniences and lack of communication. I accepted his offer and updated this review.
He also advised to keep the item or donate it to save shipping cost; the tree was donated to a cat rescue shortly after it arrived.

When I ordered the VETREKA cactus cat tree I realized i ordered the wrong size, the 31 instead of the 41 inch...so I tried to cancel the order a few minutes after placing it. The site would not allow me to cancel it even though it said I had time to do so. Then I sent an email the same day with order number advising of the error and my request to cancel. I further followed up 3 days later with another and a phone call. No reply from any inquiry. Item arrived and the item is great EXCEPT to small for my cat. Not impressed with service. The item arrived about 4 weeks after order.

I can't find a record that I bought anything from this company. That's good because they are clearly a scam. Notice that their email goes through someone else. They don't answer the phone. The AC is Texas. Use a reliable source like Chewy or Amazon. To make clear, they say I bought something and even have an order number.
