Absolutely nonsense , should have read review before order , email twice no response, call the # is link to some other company, call credit card company to dispute. Bought dog vitamins

IT is scam. I regret that i didn't check the review earlier. they confirmed twice that the posted the item never received it

If I know this is going to happened to me I never order.
Always people NO MATTER WHAT!!, FIRST GO TO THE REVIEWS.
I'm so mad because I work hard for my money and people like these just take are money 🤬🤬. They have to go to jail

SCAM! Fraudulent website. Paid £220 for a custom made cat tower and never received any shipping details or item. There are no phone numbers to reach them and they are not replying to my emails. I wish I had checked with trust pilot before ordering,

Wow I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering, obviously a cowboy salesman operating from his mother’s bedroom. Ordered some mouthwash for my dog 11 days ago and received zero updates. Emailed them three times with no response. I found these after a Google search, will be reporting to Google as a fraudulent seller and contact my bank to raise a chargeback request.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. I ordered two items but they sent me only one and did not resolve the issue after repeated emailing them. I reached out to the company multiple times and brought this issue to their attention but each time I have received contradictory shipping numbers in their different support emails. They have not sent me a refund or a replacement.

Ordered medication for my dog, never arrived, contacted support who said they would follow up. Then got an email to confirm it was sent, nothing else. I again said nothing had arrived, address correct
Still nothing....

Sent a second hand e collar with dirt around connections and a loose screw in receiver. Just e mailed them.and awaiting reply..from other reviews nit holding out much hope. I'm in UK

I'd like to begin by stating that if I could provide negative stars then I would. I'm actually about to contact my bank right now to dispute the charges from this company. I ordered a dog chew toy with a bandanna. I received a confirmation email with a link that should've provided me the order #, tracking info, etc... This link did NOT work. Fast forward a couple weeks later and my package comes in and it is NOT a dog toy/bandanna; rather a pen holder. What I actually ordered was a gift for a holiday gift exchange that's coming up soon and when attempting to contact the company, their phone number doesn't work. So, I emailed the company which is getting nowhere. They ask for a photo of the received item, then when I send it, they ask for even more photos. I wish I had done my research about this company prior to ordering because this company is obviously an overseas scam which I plan to report to FTC. BUYERS BEWARE!

Had an obscure item that I needed. It was inexpensive, shipped quickly, and I received it in less than a week!

Terrible experience. They sent me a $400 cage that was damaged and when arrived the box was totally torn apart and there were parts missing...essential ones like the roof and the perches. I contacted them and they offered a full refund or replacement. I told them I wanted a replacement. They than emailed back and only offered 20% refund and said they don't have a replacement. I told them I want a full refund as offered originally than. They have now bot responded and the numbers to contact them....no one ever answers. Talk about a scam business!

Would get zero if available.
True to other reviews, extremely poor customer service, lied to about shipment.
Not until Shipment was delivered did they correspond and that was only to request the chargeback be reversed.
Stay away from this company!!

I ordered a pirate ship aquarium ornament it's better than I expected. It arrived within 5 days with standard shipping no delivery charges. It looks great in my 55 gallon highly recommended.

I ordered what I thought was one case of mighty dog food for 16.46...when I got the order it was one can of dog food...I contacted customer service and they said write an email I said why should I write email I’m talking to you can you not help..they spoke like they were from India...wrote an email and received response that I got what I ordered...I responded with why would I order one can of dog food for 16.46 and furthermore why would you sale one can of dog food for 16.46...told I could return for refund less 25% for restocking fee....total scam..I will be contacting the better business bureau

Ordered a YML bird cage and received it with a damaged bar. Tried repeatedly to reach someone and could not. Tried emailing the damage to them and they kept sending an automated response to send pictures... which I was sending!! All I wanted was a price adjust. Will NOT buy from this company again because the customer service SUCKS! Will buy my next cage from Walmart!

The saying goes if it looks too good to be true, it isn't. Worst customer service ever received from any company. What I ordered and what I received were not the same. This company is a real scam.

I recently, purchased a pet carrier.. was skeptical due to mixed reviews.although had no trouble with order.. and am pleased with the product received.. will definitely continue to purchase with petocart 😊
