I used Pets Fly to move our three cats from Washington DC to South Africa. I have used several pet shippers and Pets Fly is by far the best. Communication was clear and frequent from receiving the quote up, through travel, delivery, and follow-up. The coordinations with our USDA vet, the driver on the ground for drop-off, and the overseas shipper was seamless. Absolute five star service.

Our coordinator, Brenda, and the subsequent professionals she connected us with in Europe deserve nothing less than 5 stars. They moved our miniature Aussie-Doodles from Chicago, IL to the Netherlands as seemlessly as possible. I say 'as possible' because the airlines threw as many wrenches in the plan as possible, but before I was even given the bad news that KLM canceled the flight, Brenda already had solutions. She had them nearly booked on a Lufthansa flight. What's more - once they arrived in Amsterdam, there was a major delay b/c the warehouse where the animals are taken to clear customs had a fire hazard, resulting in several hours of delay. The delay was so many hours, that I figured they would want to board the dogs - but no! They were determined to get the dogs to us that night, and they did! The dogs were so great, healthy, and excited to see us! I fully recommend PetsFly!

This transport for my two dogs started in Costa Rica and ended extremely well in Chicago. My 12 year lab and my adopted Tico street dog were leaving Costa Rica and moving with me to Illinois. We had snags in the Health Certificate paperwork due to mistakes made by the local Costa Rican vet but Brenda stepped up and had a workaround that satisfied the customs and importers. I received photos of my dogs while they were boarded, when they were in transit and when they had some play time. Everything just fell into place and my dogs arrived clean, healthy and happy. This is the company to use for any Pet transport. They will not let you down. Thank-you to Katie and Brenda and all the team members in Costa Rica, Toronto and Chicago. Well Done!

Brenda was an absolute gem to work with! She was always very quick to respond to any and all questions we had about the process and worked very closely with our dog's vet to ensure all appropriate appointments were scheduled and documents prepared as required. Ireland is a moving target with what's required for pets to move and she stayed on top of all of that! Dana was so lovely at pickup for our dog - he was very calm around her which is saying a lot for a rambunctious lab! We thought all services and communications were well worth the money spent to ensure our first born made it safely to our new home.

5500 dollars . This place is an absolute scam that works with their partnered pet shipping services to make sure that each one of those pet services gets a cut. Almost all communication is done by email and you're probably only going to get one response per day. This company provides nothing but data entry services. When my dogs were dropped off at the airport with all of their paperwork that they have ever had done on them The company said that it was too much to ship with the dogs .It was a folder. So I've lost all that original paperwork. It was $5,500. For $5,500 and my two dogs arrived in Vietnam with no water. And all that was said was oh we're sorry we didn't give your pets water when they landed in this tropical country known for its extremely high heats. For $5,500 they couldn't even help with setting up an appointment to get my dog seen by a vet that would give me the actual paperwork that I needed it took several days to get anything moving on that front, and when I finally got some information back they said that for the $5,500 that I paid that wasn't enough for them to call and get the appointment set up. For $5,500 I had to be the one to reach out and ask for updates that were supposed to be provided to me during my pets travels over here because they have to stop at all of this company's partners places to make sure that they also get a cut so they can charge $5,500. For $5,500 you can experience the slowest data entry and response time of any company in existence. My economy plus ticket over here was $1,200. So for $5,500 you can enjoy the fact that your animals if you ship More than one they will be separated upon arrival at all of these locations. For 5500 you can rest assured that your animals will inside of their crates zip tide shut and delivered with no water.

They handled everything! Professional, caring, and timely, they kept us informed of everything from the beginning to end. They flew our two cats from Phoenix, AZ to Nice, France. They arranged for all documentation, even arranged our purchase of proper carriers, including personal delivery of them to our house.

Professional, courteous, friendly and gets it done! I would recommend it to anyone. I will most certainly use their services again

My dog and cat are our sun moon and earth. Jeni and Brenda from Petsfly both acknowledged this fact and went above and beyond to help me navigate stringent pet importation laws complicated by airline policy changes in the middle of our processes.

They were patient with me while I panicked (which I am wont to do) over the wellbeing of my babies. Even in the end, when one of the airlines dropped the ball and almost caused everything to fall apart, they stuck with me and helped make things happen.

Now my babies are safely in quarantine in our new country of residence.

We worked with Brenda at Petsfly to send our dog to Sweden three years ago, and now from Sweden back to the US. Since we lived 3-4 hours from the international airports where we needed to fly in and out of with a dog, we utilized Petsfly’s service to pick up and drop off our dog to/from our home so we didn’t have to try to manage her with her crate and our luggage on a train. The staff at Petsfly and the drivers for ground transportation were all exceptional and communicated very well at each step of the way. It can be very scary and overwhelming to think about sending your pet through a shipping process for such a long distance. Petsfly scheduled everything so that our dog was away from us for the least amount of time possible. We received updates at every step and were able to track her through the airline’s shipment process online. It was also helpful to have the Petsfly staff manage all the paperwork needed for travel between countries. We are so thankful we found Petsfly!

Brenda was amazing! Always with a friendly attitude she helped us move our 35 pound mixed husky from Puerto Rico to Italy. Although it was a complicated journey she was there every step of the way, super accessible and helpful. It was nice that we received updates and pictures of his journey home. Excellent service overall!

Petsfly is the only way to ship your pet, in my opinion. They shipped my 75 pound Labradoodle from my front doorstep in Germantown, MD all the way to where I will be living in Dolega, Panama. Petsfly is a great service! I was moving out of the county and was stressed about many other things, so this helped me out significantly. They took care of setting up EVERYTHING for my dogs with the country I was coming to. I just made sure I followed their guidance on getting things done on my end with their last scheduled vet appointments and then their drop off date. Jeni was awesome and worked with me throughout the whole process! I would definitely use their service again. It is worth every penny!

Brenda was awesome in helping me navigate the process of updating a health certificate and USDA endorsement for travel to the EU! I couldn't have done it without her. I was having trouble trying to meet the turnaround time and get the endorsement back in time to travel. It was a nail-bitter but thanks to Brenda it worked out and we had a great time in Europe with our cat!

Great experience bringing my cat to the US! Both Brenda and the team treated us with kindness and clarified all our questions, as well as kept us in the loop during the whole process.
