I worked with Petsfly to get my two large dogs to Japan as part of my move to an Air Force Base here. It was complicated by the rules and regulations of the miliatary and of course the very strict Japanese requirements. I found Petsfly to be very flexible, knowledgable and reliable. Communication, which lasted almost a year from start to finish, was excellent. Petsfly worked efficiently and consistently with my vet in the U.S. to get the paperwork done properly for both my dogs and made what could have been a real headache and very stressful, much less so.

Petsfly were awesome with our two dogs’ travel across the US after going over from New Zealand. A huge trip for them and Petsfly supported them all the way through to home delivery. They were very well looked after and we were very happy to be reunited at the end of this great adventure! Thank you

Moving is stressful. Moving overseas is even more stressful. Moving overseas with a pet is a whole new level of stressful. Thankfully, Petsfly.com made the pet part of our move as easy as possible. My only wish is that someone like them could have arranged the rest of our trip. The support from Brenda and her team both in the U.S. and in Germany was incredible. They were transparent throughout the process and typically answered our questions before we could ask them. When we did have questions, they were prompt and thorough in answering them and relieved the concerns we had along the way. The best part is that our pup arrived and was so happy to see us. She seemed unfazed by the experience despite all of our worries. We highly recommend using Petsfly to take the worries out of dealing with the various layers of bureaucracy in moving a pet from the U.S. to Europe (and we assume vice versa).

Our experience with Petsfly has been wonderful, they have been helpful, communicative and always kept us abreast of changes. I don't really think I knew how much work they were doing behind the scenes until I spoke with my vet, he had nothing but high praises for them (Jeni) and will be recommending them to future overseas travelers. Our small dog was a rescue so we were never able to crate train him, his fear of being closed in was palpable, even a dog bed with sides would have him quaking. Petsfly took the time to send Geoff out to our home to teach me how to crate train Finn. Following his instructions, over a period of time the wee fella became less fearful and that really helped waylay our fears of sending him from AZ to Edinburgh. He arrived safely yesterday, everything went smoothly and to plan. Today Finn has been for a walk in his new town and it's as if the last 72 hours of his life never happened - damn, they are so much more resilient than we give them credit for:)) Thanks to Jeni and Geoff for making sure Finn was well looked after and caring about what you do...

I would definitely recommend Petsfly.com to anyone relocating their pets. We have 3 dogs and moved from USA to UK and understandably we were so stressed as you don't want them to go through stress, also because our eldest is 12 years old. Petsfly.com did an amazing job! Petsfly.com has been impressive since day one. We used their service to transport our cat from the States to an overseas location that they had never done before. However, this wasn't an issue. They gave me confidence that all would go well.

Their process is so thorough that despite it being my first time to use a pet transport service, I had no issues getting the work done. In addition to being a new destination for the company, they had to work with 3 different people on my end - me (we were already overseas), the pet-sitter, and a family member who was helping with vet visits.

Everything was very clear and easy with their customer portal. I loved that I could log in and quickly see past emails, updated flight plans, etc. There was never any doubt that this trip would be successful.

Petsfly…what a great company! I recently relocated from Phoenix to Virginia; I didn’t feel I could fully focus on my pets and drive a moving truck over several days and opted to fly my cats out ahead. From the start, Petsfly was quick to get me a quote and start the process with a phone consultation. Their information was always accurate and thorough. Because of this, I knew I had to find a new vet that could do the health certifications for my 3 cats. Jeni was there to guide me every step of the way and this ensured everything was ready for my pets’ big move. Geoff dropped off my kennels and then picked up my cats. He was very funny and reassuring! I thank Petsfly for ensuring the health, safety and care of my beloved cats. Jeni at Petsfly was outstanding. I could not have managed this on my own. I am moving to Sweden with my dachshund and two cats. Jeni helped me navigate all the required vet visits and the final USDA endorsed certificate which arrived at my doorstep just in time. She assisted the veterinarian with the submission to the USDA. He was so thankful and said that he will recommend all his future clients to sign up with Petsfly for help with the USDA applications.

The whole crew was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and were an absolutely integral part of successfully getting my dog to Hawaii! I cannot thank them enough for making a daunting process much, much easier.

We will be forever grateful that we found Brenda and the Petsfly team to help relocate our cat. We were frustrated by an experience with another company (not to be named!) who were difficult to work with, more expensive, and insulting. Brenda is the exact opposite. World class communication, customer care so good that you feel like she is part of the family, no compromise on high standards, and competitive pricing. There were a number of challenges associated with our move that Brenda foresaw, communicated to us in advance, and then created contingency plans. Her network of importers on the other side of the flight were just as caring and professional as she was. I couldn't go back to the US anymore, but with petfly they took of everything of King, they went to the pet hotel to do the vet checking, measuring, to also taking him to the airport from lax to scl and even deliver King to my home while I was having a hard time trying to get him back to me. So I really appreciate it.

Brenda at Petsfly is a literal superhero. I had a bit of a breakdown trying to get everything done for us to move from the Midwest (US) to Denmark and she talked me down and brought me back. Truly above and beyond. She knew all the rules and processes and guided us with care and precision, while handling all the paperwork with our vet, the airlines, and the USDA. We have gone out of our way to recommend Brenda's (and Petsfly's) services to several people who have asked us how we managed to get two cats (one 18 years old!!) and one large (29kg) dog over 4200 miles across the planet. Our dog was going to Ukraine so it was very complicated and time sensitive. Our vet wasn’t too experienced with international shipping also. Petsfly is quite expensive but they have the expertise to get things done. The paperwork ended up being delivered by FedEx express an hour before we had to leave for the airport.

Jenny was very knowledgeable, and she communicated well which helped minimize the stress to make sure my daughter's dog was transported from Arizona to Japan. It's nice to have someone that's knowledgeable to answer all our questions. Overall, it was a great experience.
