We had a wonderful experience working with Jeni to fly our 8 year old Bichon-poodle mix from Phoenix to Oahu. She was very timely and helpful answering all of our questions and concerns, as well as with completing all of the required paperwork and steps so our dog could avoid having to quarantine. We would definitely recommend Petsfly for anyone needing assistance with their pet's travel plans.

We want to thank Jenni, Geoff, Ricardo, and the rest of the Petsfly family for their awesome transportation of our fur son Jackson, from Phoenix AZ to Alvor Portugal! Jackson was so well cared for and the updates along the way were great to hear. It made us feel so much better about the whole process. We said all along that we were so happy that we chose Petsfly! Petsfly was very helpful with the paperwork and communication. They answered all my questions quickly, reasonably, and were there for anything I needed to know. Phenomenal service.

We were worried about moving our Maltese cross from Phoenix to London when we moved to the UK. Jeni from Petsfly guided us through every obstacle and assisted us with getting all of the paperwork and veterinary certificates sorted out. Initially I felt their quotation was expensive compared to just the cost of the “ticket” but having seen what’s involved and the number of hoops one needs to deal with, as well as the split second timing required, I would not try and do it on my own. Jeni was both incredibly efficient and loving to our special pet. Petsfly’s partners in London were also very good. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The Petsfly team did a great job helping me ship my (very large) dog to Egypt. They took the time to understand everything about Finn in order to make his flight comfortable and successful. I really appreciate everything this team did to ease the stress of flying a dog internationally. If I ever need to ship Finn in the future, I will definitely reach out! This was a really great experience.

We had serious reservations and worries about moving our anxious 12 yr old, 50lb dog from the US to Portugal in December 2023. We worked with Brenda and she was very reassuring from the start. I wouldn't be surprised if she has a degree in psychology because she handled me very nicely. Our dog and crate were over the airline limit so he needed to fly as cargo. I had serious reservations about him having a layover and went out of my way to present alternative, often hair-brained, travel plans that I concocted. Brenda was totally open to doing it my way but was careful to explain the problems with each of my alternate flights. In the end, her original flight plan was indeed the best. Hadley flew from ATL to FRA to OPO. We received a photo of him in FRA pet lounge. He was in his crate but the door was open. I doubt that he actually got out but I can see that he had the opportunity to do so. Petsfly worked very closely with my vet who was able to submit paperwork electronically, making the entire process easier. Yes, we did pay for the vet visit. Their service was not cheap but we were concerned about any problems, canceled flights, delays and that we would not have the resources to deal with any of those issues. We were confident that if something had happened, Hadley should have been taken care of. We had no problems so I can't speak to what would happen in that case. The agent who got our dog through the vet check in Porto did not speak English, other than to indicate that we needed to wait for our dog. We were all united and our pup is happier than ever in Portugal! I am leaving this review many months later because I needed to look back to tell a friend how much I paid for the service and realized that I never left a review.

Coordination of the transport of my 3 dogs and 2 cats from Colorado to Portugal was great. Only negative is that when they arrived at our rental home the dogs' crate pads were soaked with urine, and our pups reaked.

The staff were incredible. They communicated every step of the way and provided pictures on travel day. Would definitely hire them again

If I could give a negative star, I would. These guys charge a fortune and do nothing. It's up to you to make the plane reservations, take the animal to the vet- they recommend a vet who charges twice what other vets charge. They return calls in 3-4 weeks, same for emails. And Jeni is just rude. Then they charge you $5400 to do nothing.

I cannot thank Brenda and Petsfly enough for all of their help, organization and guidance. My four cats made it from Minnesota to Scotland safely and without issue.
I contacted them online several months before after getting a couple other quotes. I was not happy with the communication from the other companies and thought I would try one more. Brenda changed my whole perspective on the situation the first time we spoke. First of all, she scheduled a call and did not just call me out of the blue. As an introvert, this is huge. She set up every call after in advance as well and emailed with me whenever possible. She was calm and friendly and clearly knew what she was talking about. She was caring towards me and the stress I was feeling about moving overseas (and all of the insanity it involves) and she has a clear love for animals.
She broke it all down for me in bite size pieces so it didn’t seem as difficult. She assured me that even if there are hiccups, we would all get there safely.
We talked through each pet and I ended up deciding to take one on the plane with me and the other three fly on their own. I didn’t have dates or specifics yet, but she started building the plan and checked in on me regularly so I could update her as things developed. She was so accommodating and clear about what we needed to get done and when. This is not a one size fits all service, she made sure that everything worked for me and adjusted when necessary and without issue.
My vet had very little experience with travel certificates and had questions about how things should be filled out. I connected her to Brenda and they were able to communicate effectively without me being in the middle. Petslfy had a portal that the vet submitted everything through and it was all really smooth.
I was connected to Dana who was picking up the 3 cats a couple days before. She was great communicating and making me feel at ease. She was very sweet and detail oriented at pickup, I had complete confidence in her getting my cats on their way. My paper work for the cat flying with me was done using their service as well and was handed to me when the others were picked up. I had everything I needed and had absolutely no issues with anything at all.
I got updates on the 3 cats all along and when they were boarded overnight I got multiple check-ins and pictures. The man who dropped them off was so sweet and I could tell they were always in good hands. My cats were back to themselves in no time, thanks to the smooth and caring service they received.
I hope I never have to use them again, but I would recommend Brenda and Petsfly to anyone who has to fly with their pets.

Cannot recommend this service enough. Jeni and Petsfly couldn’t have made the process of moving our sons cat Baker from the USA to the UK easier. Jeni held our hand the whole way navigating the bureaucratric paper process and ensuring we all stayed on top of the tight time deadlines. This was all done calmy with reassurance the whole way. Despite our concerns Baker arrived chilled and relaxed.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Brenda and Katie over at Petsfly. I’m 6 months pregnant and my husband is in the Army overseas currently. I was suppose to move 3 months ago, but they kept pushing things back, and it was stressing me out severely. I had no idea when I would leave, or be able to get the process finished for our cat. I got told on 5/31/24 that I would be leaving a week and two days later. That day I reached out to Brenda, she got me in contact with Katie, and Katie helped me with the process. I did not genuinely think it would be possible to make the vet appointment, send over the certificate, get it signed, and mailed back to me in time. Katie took care of everything, and as luck would have it, I will be able to leave with my cat!!! Katie was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process, she was definitely on top of things, and I’ll forever be grateful to Petsfly for making this happen. Especially after all the other bs the Army pulled these last couple months. I would highly recommend them to anyone traveling overseas with a pet, they made the process so easy on my end, 100% definitely worth the money!!

I was having trouble with the process of obtaining an EU health certificate for pet travel, and called Brenda in a panic for assistance. She ended up saving the day! She was not only extremely knowledgeable about the process, but also very patient and giving of her time. I called her back several times for more advice and she walked me through all of the steps. Because of her advice we were able to secure our cat's health certificate in time for travel. I recommend Brenda and Petsfly and will be referring anyone I know that needs assistance with pet travel to them!

We thought we could move our 120lb Malamute, Zephyr, from Denver to the UK ourselves. We were using a giant, expensive aluminium crate that was initially approved by IAG (British Airways) then not approved on the day of the flight. With all the stress, anxiety and tears going on, we immediately called Brenda. She rolled out the red carpet and immediately began focusing on all the options to get Zephyr to us in the UK. Every phone call and email that were made was comforting and every decision she and Katie made were golden. Zephyr stayed at a kennel near the Denver airport, received new meds and new USDA UK and EU paperwork then flew (crate approved!) Lufthansa to Frankfurt then another flight to the UK. All the paper work was approved and we were shortly reunited with our fluffy giant dog. We can't thank Brenda and Katie enough for their wonderful attitude and thorough knowledge of the pet transport world. Selling your home and moving to another country is hard enough, adding a giant dog and two cats amplified the anxiety, We wish we would have used Petsfly from the very beginning.

We are so glad that we used Petsfly. We needed to move my daughter’s Great Dane from the United States to Germany. Moving a Great Dane in itself is a task but to another country is something else. We knew there was a lot of paperwork that needed to be done and vaccinations and vet records for customs but had no clue where to start. My daughter contacted Petsfly and they were very helpful working with both my daughter, who was in a different country, and my self in the United States. They met with us virtually so we all were able to know what was going to happen during the move. It ended up that Maggie, the Great Dane, was too big for a premade crate and needed to have a special crate made. They took care of finding someone local near the airport who could build it and it was waiting for us the day of travel. We had multiple emails with communication about the travel arrangements. They also worked with our vet to make sure we had everything we needed done for her paperwork and making sure our vet appointments were done timely to match the travel date. They kept us updated throughout the travel and even sent pictures. We were very worried about the travel since it was an eight hour flight but they were able to answer any and all questions we had. Maggie made it to Germany with no issues and has be reunited with her mom. We will for sure be using Petsfly when Maggie comes back to the United States.
