Terrible the ferrets where in a cage with poop everywhere they looked unhealthy and dirty and said they cost 349 dollars felt sad and just felt sad one of them was laying in their own poop bad experience. We where going to bye one but too much money and after seeing them we just left.

Had an autoship that didn't get cancelled in time so called store to see about refund and was told I could. Once I got to store neither employees or manager knew how to do it. Very un happy...have decoded to take my business elsewhere

The staff at the Pet Supplies Plus in Concord is so helpful and friendly. I needed 2 cat carriers as my cats were getting spayed the following day. I had gone to 2 other stores before finding them at Pet Supplies Plus. The carriers were already assembled and the size i needed. The manager even gave a price adjustment on one of the carriers. Very pleased with my experience!

We love this chain of pet supply stores. We have one locally in Ohio that we frequent. The staff is friendly; there are always quality items on sale. We've had a great experience with this chain of stores nationwide.

Rewards program is a scam! You cannot redeem points. There are no instructions that work. No one at the store can help because they didn't join the program due to complexity. All they want is to collect your email address to track you!

I bought my Tropical Blue tongue skink from here and my whole experience was amazing! I noticed that the enclosures we’re spaced out and accommodating to all animals (whether that be Reptiles, Arachnids, or amphibians) and no animals were squashed together. I could also tell the animals were happy and healthy! It’s been over a month since I bought my Blue tongue skink and he is still doing amazing! (Shows no signs of decease or illness) and is eating well!) his eyes were clear when I bought him and he was well fed! (Noticed the same things from the other animals) It’s refreshing to know there’s a chain actually taking care of their animals! Highly recommend!

I prefer Pet Supplies Plus over many of their "big box" competitors. I find that the franchise owner at my location is often in-store, that the staff is more knowledgeable, and that they generally care more about animals. I've also had a much better experience with their white label brands than those of other suppliers.

THE MANAGER IS NEGLECTING ANIMALS!

I stopped in for cat food this evening and went back to look at the fish like I always do. I seen a stand alone tank with a fish that looked partially alive. The MANAGER (Reagan) told me that they were a breeding pair of cichlids and that he was happy it was happening to them because a pair of breeders are supposedly hard on the tanks. I asked what was wrong with them and he said the heaters were not working. (It's a petstore. This is a very very poor excuse and animal neglect. They should have heaters)

My boyfriend and I had been in a couple weeks prior and looked at these fish. We remarked at how sweet they were. The manager asked me if I wanted the fish. I went up to take a closer look and the one in the front of the tank was dead from what looks like Ich. It was COVERED IN IT!!! THIS WAS GOING ON FOR QUITE SOME TIME!
I called my boyfriend to see if he would take them. I went looking for the other fish. The other fish was hiding in a rock and also covered in Ich.
Once we realized that the one was dead and the other was hiding because it's mate was dead in front of it. I was horrified.
I was on the phone with my boyfriend and turned around and said "I have to leave" this is horrible.
I turned and walked up front with my cat food completely horrified at how they take care of thier fish and the manager came up and said he had the right to refuse service and if I didn't leave he would call the cops.
I left. I won't be back. I have been a customer of theirs for many years.

There is NO reason for a pet shop to be letting fish die in thier store thats open for business. This is animal neglect. They should have been treated for ich and quarantined into a different tank with a sign that said they were not for sale.
Most likely they got the Ich from unclean tanks and straight up neglect. And to not have a warmer in the tank? It's a pets store. They sell tank heaters.
Everyone knows cichlids need Warmer water than goldfish.

Getting the run about a dog food delivery. Didn’t receive it in February. Went into the store twice, gave my information. Was told another bag would be shipped. Still nothing. Went in today. I was told Victor food was low in stock. Wait for the next shipment of food

I took my 2 dogs for baths. The bath had hair in the drain from the previous dog. There was no sanitizer to spray and rinse before I bathed my dogs. The floor going out of the bath- room was extremely slippery and my dogs' legs split.
Suggestions-
1-Supply spray disinfectant so customers can spray and rinse before each bath.
2-Have an employee collect the dirty towels and get the hair from each dog out of drain.
3 Have a no slip mat outside the tub room so the wet paws don't slip.

I love the employees there, especially at the Delhi, Ohio location! They are super friendly and also very knowledgeable. I've had dogs and a cat but about three weeks ago I decided to get a Leopard Gecko for the first time. I've had snakes and frogs and even scorpions but it is my first lizard so I had quite a few questions. Not only did they answer every question I had, they also made sure that I didn't waste my money on things that I didn't really need. Most other stores would have tried to sell me everything on the shelf just to make money, but they were honest and helpful. I really appreciate that!!

Corporate Greed?

Now on its third owner in three years, it seems their interest is to squeeze every dollar they can with complete disregard for the customer. They are the worst and do not care. So here is my my experience from their Black Friday offering. I placed an order for two bags of dog food which I made payment and received confirmation. When I received notice to pick up the order I had gone to the store to do so and noticed there was only one bag. I inquired where the other bag was and the employee indicated that is all they had in stock. He said the other bag would come off of my credit card that was charged. I mention that I prefer to pick up the other bag when it comes in at the Black Friday price. He said sure and made a note to leave with the manager. The following day I received an email indicating that the bag I picked up was charged at full retail price. I called the store and the manager, April, said there's nothing she can do for coupons or digital orders. I then called corporate who said she will SEE if she could have the store provide the Black Friday price on the bag I picked up, however there's nothing they can do about the second bag. So I have been charged the original Black Friday price for two bags plus the the bag I picked up for some reason is now charged at the full retail price. It is a shady operation and have no care for the customer and nor to right a wrong. Will never do business with them again. Not a true pet store. This so-called pet store, stopped selling big striped sunflower seeds. No reason given. Its ok -my money spends at Amazon. Shipped to my door.

Upland, CA - Beware this location has RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE toward customers who do not look like them. They are very selective of who they choose to be friendly with. If you don't fit their ideal look, they won't greet you nor ask if you found everything okay. Most team members will be very friendly with customers that look similar to them, but are quiet and cold toward other types of people. Don't shop there if you are not part of their demographic. Team Member Elise was very cold and didn't provide basic friendly customer service the whole time during the check out process.

Dishonest bunch of folks. They refuse to price match when buying case quantities because they say they don't sell cases. Convenient they thought. They figured they would get out of the $3.60 discount, when in fact they lost a customer for life with a standing $150/month autoship order in place and another $100 to $150 month in misc purchased. Small Minded, short sighted thinking...but then again, they did save $3.60 on the discount, and earned about half a dozen 1 star reviews in the process....so there's that.

Dog was closes at 8:30. I was there 10 after 8 and was denied because there were people in the wash. No posting were present with the dog was hours. He's the thing, if a store is open until 9 then start closing at 9 not 8:30. I had already purchased a dog wash card. My dog needed a bath. Customer service ranks behind employee convenience at Pet supplies plus in Brooklyn Park MN Avoid this poorly Gen Y staffed store.

I love this company! They have creative products and their free reward program really does save us money. They have frequent sales for their reward members- even on small things!

Really excellent online post-purchase and in-store customer service. Their prices may be a bit higher but they are worth it. Also their regular email and text coupons and offers make them very competitive with the big impersonal online pet store monopolies like Amazon and Chewy. The local, neighbourly approach complements their growing online business. I’m now a loyal customer.

I visited Pet Supplies Plus in Muskegon MI for the first time today. I was very pleased with how friendly the staff was and very welcoming and helpful. I will be back; you impressed me today and won my business. Everything I needed was in stock and the staff was knowledgeable and kind. Great job!! I highly recommend this store.

My dog and I love this place. People are always friendly, and store is always clean.
