It was super fast, easy, and they didn’t pry to much into my mental illness and past which was amazing since it’s really hard for me to talk about. My letter was approved by my apartment and now I can have my pets with me no matter where life take me.

Best option to get the landlord off your back.
Everything was convenient and upfront as far as service prices are concerned and after my therapist verified my housing letter, my apartment complex had no other choice but to accept my support dog. Thank you for all of your time and help!

The worst experience I’ve had recently…
The worst experience I’ve had recently period. I was connected with a horrible woman called KAREN FRONTCZAK who was rude, repeated the same questions over and over, and seemed to not understand what she was selling. From start to finish this woman was nasty, people calling are often suffering from serious mental health issues from prior service and I left this call feeling much much worse. Steer clear of this Walmart-esque ESA service.

Horrible Service with No Guaranteed Acceptance as Advertised
I recently used Pettable for my friend who has severe anxiety. They performed the interview and sent the letter. When I submitted the letter to the apartment complex they had questions and sent email to Pettable. I was denied because Pettable refuse to respond to the questions. They said I need to buy an additional service to pay for them to respond. Pettable claims to guarantee acceptance but refused to help and has refused a refund. Do not use Pettable.
