My husband got me the heart shaped emerald jewel with the gold band. I’m absolutely in love with it! He got me it as a surprise, so I don’t really know how long shipping took, but I was very happy with the packaging, the quality, and the look of the ring! They even put in a 15% off coupon for the next time that I would like to shop with them! I love this shop and will be looking for more jewels!

My experiences when purchasing from Phantom Jewels has always been pleasant down to the items I buy and the shipments which is always quick and prompt. I’ve brought a few rings from here and I can proudly say I love them and all! I always get compliments when I wear them and the jewellery is just so pretty, amazing quality and reasonably priced too! I will be 100% buying from here again!

The company was brilliant, my now fiancée, brought my engagement ring this company! They kept him updated with when it was shipped to how long it will be… my ring had to go back to them for another size, I got hold of the company on Thursday and explained what was going on they looked into it they shipped out that afternoon, they said it will take 4-7 days, it turned up yesterday 1/4/23, it was one of the best feelings! I now can’t stop looking at it!
An amazing service!
