We understand that your order was placed on a Friday. Our standard processing time is 1–2 working days, and orders placed outside our working hours are processed from the next working day. We appreciate that waiting for an order can be frustrating and hope this provides some clarification.
Affordable medication, great customer service
I've been using Pharmulous for almost a year now. Signing up for the products I get was straightforward, and renewing my "prescription" with them is quick and uncomplicated. Delivery is quick, and the medication is well packaged. As I'm not paying for support services with my medication, it is cheaper than other online pharmacies. After 6 months, I needed to send some further details and updates about my progress on the medication - this was quite simple to do, and I was given plenty of time to get it done

Superb Pharmacy
Been with Pharmulous for many months on my weight loss journey and have been in maintenance for a while.
I wanted to try and go it alone without medication to see if I could maintain my weight, I messaged Pharmulous to discuss this. They didn’t pressure me to stay on the meds, praised my progress so far and advised that I could recommence my weight loss journey in the future, should I need it. I have no doubt I will be back in the near future but I’ve had nothing but great dealings with Pharmulous from the very start of my treatment. Superb pharmacy and customer service.

Avoid………chose another online prescriber
Very slow to dispatch and on delivery the driver would not wait for me to get my phone with code, said he would return tomorrow but never did and instead returned package. I was to pay for redelivery. Customer service was extremely poor. I would avoid, plenty of other online prescribers offer the same services, faster and with better customer service.

We would like to clarify the timeline and circumstances surrounding your order.
Your order was placed on Saturday, outside our working days. It was processed on Monday and dispatched on Tuesday, within our standard 1–2 working day processing timeframe.
Following dispatch, DPD experienced a delay at the local depot and attempted delivery on Thursday. DPD requires a PIN to be provided to the driver before a parcel can be handed over. Unfortunately, the PIN was not provided before the driver left and the parcel was subsequently returned to us.
We contacted you regarding the returned parcel and explained the options available. As this order contained a prescription medication that had already been dispatched and had left our control, it is excluded from return for refund under our terms and conditions.
We appreciate that the delivery experience was frustrating. However, your order was processed and dispatched within our stated timeframe. The subsequent delay at DPD's local depot and the actions of the courier driver were outside our control, we have fed your experience back to our courier partner and raised the issues surrounding the delivery attempt so they can be reviewed and appropriate steps taken to help prevent a recurrence.
We would also like to reassure you that there was no delay in processing or dispatching your order by our team; it was dispatched within our stated timeframe. We are sorry that the subsequent courier experience did not meet the standard of service we expect for our customers.

We have reviewed the Royal Mail tracking history for your order. The tracking records multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts before the parcel was made available for collection or redelivery. The medication was subsequently collected from the Customer Service Point at a later date.
We appreciate that it is frustrating when medication cannot be used by the time it is collected. However, where delivery has been attempted but cannot be completed, and a parcel is subsequently held awaiting collection or redelivery, this is different from a parcel being delayed within the courier network.
