Excellent, speedy, professional service
I have been using Pharmulous for 15 months now, and the customer service, speed of delivery and packaging has always been perfect. Any questions I've had have been answered swiftly and professionally.
My one, relatively minor, gripe would be the website. In a previous iteration it automatically filled in my previous details, but now I have to check other apps (such as Withings/Shotsy) to see what my stats were at the time of my previous order and fill it in manually. The website also only lets me choose metric or imperial for both measurements, and as I'm old I do my weight in kg but my height in feet and inches - so I have to convert every time!
As I say though, this is a minor gripe and I shall continue to use Pharmulous as the benefits outweigh (pun intended!) this gripe.

We really appreciate your feedback regarding the website. We completely understand that having to refer back to your records to enter your latest measurements can be a little inconvenient. The reason we ask patients to refresh their answers when reordering is to ensure that the clinical information we receive remains as accurate and up to date as possible. In particular, we found that some patients were previously leaving questions such as their weight change since their last order unchanged, even when their circumstances had changed. For us, having the most current information is important when our clinical team reviews each order.
We also understand your point about using kilograms for weight but feet and inches for height. We’ll certainly keep this feedback in mind as we continue to improve the website and make the process as straightforward as possible.
Thank you again for your continued trust in Pharmulous over the past 15 months. We’re genuinely grateful for your support and we’re pleased that, despite this small frustration, you feel the benefits outweigh the inconvenience!

My Mounjaro delivery was significantly…
My Mounjaro delivery was significantly delayed during very hot weather. It arrived with the single gel pack completely melted and the pen warm to touch. I contacted Pharmalous and am currently waiting for their response. I'll update this review once I know how they resolve it.
**UPDATE – 17 August 2026**
Pharmulous have now responded, but unfortunately my concerns remain unresolved.
They have told me that they consider the Mounjaro pen suitable for use. However, they have also confirmed that there was no individual temperature logger in my parcel, that they cannot confirm the exact temperature my particular pen reached, and that they cannot retrospectively confirm it remained continuously between 2°C and 8°C throughout the journey.
The parcel had been significantly delayed during very hot weather. When it eventually arrived, I filmed myself opening it immediately. The single gel pack was completely melted and the Mounjaro pen itself felt warm to the touch.
I have also contacted Eli Lilly Medical Information. They advised me in writing that, where there has been a temperature excursion, they would need to know the maximum temperature reached and the length of time outside the recommended storage conditions in order to assess the medicine.
What concerns me most is that Pharmulous cannot provide that temperature information for my pen, yet have told me that whether I use the medication is ultimately at my discretion.
I am not comfortable being left to make that safety decision myself when the temperature history of a prescription medication is unknown.
I have now submitted a formal complaint to Pharmulous, with the tracking history, photographs and Lilly's written response attached.
I will update this review again once I have any update
> Update 23 September: Pharmulous have publicly stated that my complaint was upheld and that I was offered a replacement Mounjaro pen at no additional cost. I have received no such offer — there is no email and no message in my Pharmulous account. I have also still not received a direct formal response to my complaint. I only discovered that they say my complaint was upheld by reading their public Trustpilot reply.
UPDATE – 23 September 2026: Following my formal complaint and subsequent follow-up, Pharmulous have now confirmed that they have issued me a full refund. I have been advised to allow 5–10 working days for it to reach my account. I will update again once the refund has been received.

We are sorry for the delay to your delivery, the concern caused by the condition of the parcel when it arrived, and that our initial response did not resolve your concerns.
We fully understand why receiving a temperature-sensitive medication following a courier delay during hot weather, with the gel pack melted and the pen feeling warm to the touch, would cause concern. When you first contacted us, we reviewed the matter against the information available to us regarding our temperature-sensitive packaging and delivery arrangements. However, we recognise that our initial communications did not clearly distinguish between general packaging validation data and temperature information relating specifically to your individual parcel.
Following your formal complaint, we carried out a further investigation, including reviewing the courier history and the photographs and video evidence you provided.
As there was no individual temperature logger in your parcel, we cannot retrospectively establish the precise temperature exposure of your particular pen throughout the delayed journey. Taking this into account alongside the courier delay and the condition you reported on receipt, we have upheld your complaint and offered a replacement Mounjaro pen at no additional cost.
We’re sorry that we did not provide sufficient clarity and reassurance when you first raised your concerns, and for the additional time and effort you have had to spend pursuing the matter. Your feedback has also been taken into account as part of our ongoing review of how we manage and communicate temperature-related delivery concerns.

We would, however, like to clarify one point in your review. Pharmulous does support maintenance treatment where clinically appropriate, under the oversight of a prescriber. Supporting patients with a clinically appropriate maintenance plan is an important part of our service and something we are proud to offer.
What we cannot support is unlicensed use of medication, including altering the prescribed dosing or attempting to obtain additional doses from a pen beyond the manufacturer’s licensed use. Our response to your query was specifically regarding this distinction and was not a statement that Pharmulous does not support maintenance treatment.
As a regulated pharmacy, patient safety and prescribing within the licensed use of medicines remain central to our service. We appreciate your feedback and hope this clarification is helpful.
