I was given very courteous support on a matter that was my error I falsely believed that I had made a payment that was not completed and your staff member was most helpful

If I could give them no stars I would! I had already left a bad review a couple of months ago and now here’s another one. Almost feel harassed by these people chasing 2 small card debts of my deceased father who passed away not even 5 months ago. Due to complexities, I don’t yet have probate as it can’t be applied for currently. I told them this in an email, told them to refrain from sending more correspondence and I would be in touch once I have probate and can pay the outstanding debt. They sent more than a couple letters by this point. Today I had a phone call from them asking when this will be paid, needless to say the person on the phone got me at the worst time and experienced my utter disgust. It was only at the end of the call he apologised for my loss. Couldn’t care less about those grieving and dealing with a big responsibility.
