Absolute shadiest company I have ever…
Absolute shadiest company I have ever dealt with. Signed on with them, quality was horrendous and their system caused my business to miss calls. They could not fix it but still forced me to pay for a service I could not use for the next 2 years until my contract was up. I even went as far up as speaking with the vice-president who let me know they were a multi million dollar operation with 40,000 worldwide clients. He still would not let me out of the contract. There was a class action law suit against them in Australia for unfair business contract practices. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF SUPPRESSED PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF ON THE WEB WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE. JUST READ THEIR MEDIA LICENSE AGREEMENT. IT IS VERY ONE SIDED IN THEIR FAVOR

I would strongly caution anyone considering PHMG.
My experience has been extremely disappointing. During the sales process, several assurances were made to get us to sign up, including pricing reductions and flexibility around the contract. However, once we were locked into the agreement, the communication and tone changed completely.
What was promised during onboarding does not match what is now being enforced. When attempting to clarify or act on the options that were previously discussed, we were met with rigid responses and pressure tactics rather than solutions.
It feels like a classic bait-and-switch approach: attractive promises upfront to secure the contract, followed by a very different interpretation of those promises later.
If you are considering PHMG, I strongly recommend getting every single commitment clearly documented and reviewing the contract very carefully before signing.

Very Pushy Sales Tactics – Felt Pressured Throughout
My experience with PHMG was disappointing due to what felt like very aggressive and pressurised sales tactics.
Even before the scheduled meeting, the volume of calls and emails was excessive. It gave the clear impression that there was strong pressure to secure a sale, rather than a focus on understanding whether the service was actually right for us.
During the call itself, I was told that if I signed the contract immediately, I would receive a 40% discount. However, when I said I wanted to take the contract away to read it properly and think about it, I was told the discount would no longer apply and I would have to pay the full amount.
This felt like a clear pressure tactic designed to force an on-the-spot decision without giving reasonable time to review the terms. No customer should feel penalised for wanting to properly consider a contract before signing.
Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable and sales-driven rather than professional and consultative. I would strongly advise others to take their time and not feel pressured into signing anything immediately.
